What I don't understand is why would she pee her pants? Is it from the Ozempic or what's her problem? So strange she would do that and still go out and take pictures. What a total NUT JOB! I been taking High end supplements, Good Sleep, eating once a day, eating dark chocolate, lots of exercise, meditation, subliminal video and audio, mind over matter and manifestation Since December 30th, I have healed my body, rejuvenated my Cells and DNA, reversed age mentally and physically by over 30+ years. I look between young adult female and young adult teen girl. Very soon I will reach Longevity Escape velocity LEV. 2024 is the year of anti-aging treatments and more advanced treatments by 2025. Does anyone get dry eyes from using tretinoin? If it gets anywhere near my eyes, I wake up with very dry and gritty eyes. Now I’m just using it on my neck to keep it from migrating into the eyes. I’ve used different strengths and after a while it always happens. I’ve read that tretinoin can dry out the meibomium glands that to provide essential moisturizing oils to the eyes. Does anyone else experience this?
I have taken Viviscal supplements for years based on recommendation from my doc who takes it herself. There are at least five studies on the effectiveness of Viviscal which is cheaper than other products. More bang for your buck! It has a lower dose of biotin, a common ingredient in hair supplements, but has other things like shellfish components. So if you are allergic to shellfish don't take it. However if you are on thyroid meds like I am, you can't take large amounts of biotin in hair supplements.

Your photo examples of the 'irestore professional' product do not indicate hair growth. In your 6-month and 18-month photos, your hair is not pulled back (as in your first 2 photos) to show any hair growth. I hope people are not spending their hard-earned cash on these products!

Beth, I appreciate all of your openness and honesty in your videos. I have had trouble with hair loss and patches since I entered menopause. I always wanted to purchase one of these helmets to help, but ever since your stroke, I can't bring myself to do it. I know you believe that going Carnivore may have contributed to your stroke, but I'm more inclined to believe it could have been due to this device that sits on the head and it's whole purpose is designed to stimulate blood flow to the scalp. Their website states the science behind the helmet in this way: "Boosts Cell Energy: Energizes mitochondria, leading to enhanced cellular energy and metabolism. Enhances Blood Flow: Ensures more blood reaches the scalp, combating root causes of hair thinning." I'm thinking perhaps it's unnatural to stimulate blood flow to the scalp externally in this manner and perhaps this can cause things to happen internally that weren't otherwise meant to be. Just because it's causing a positive affect, doesn't mean it couldn't be causing another ill effect simultaneously in order to achieve the desired affect. I've always wondered if this increased blood flow could have been the contributing factor in your stroke and not necessarily your diet. I was also curious if you had considered this possibility? You look healthy, beautiful, and amazing, so I'm not trying to dissuade you of any diet you are currently on. I'm not a pro carnivorer in disguise lol I'm just wondering if you ever gave this any consideration? Not trying to stoke fear either. Believe me, everything in me wants to buy this device. The link just seems a bit too possible for me. It sits right on the brain, causing increased blood flow and enhanced cellular energy. 🤔🤷
I'm a nurse and this makes a lot of sense. Of course people are going to knock it down,but the carnivore or high protein diet has been around for decades under other names.
Increased blood flow to the scalp would have no affect with blood flow elsewhere in the body. You get increased blood flow by just walking fast or exercising, too. The light isn't that intense. There are red light masks as well and no increased incidence of strokes. This is passive, not active, stimulation.

The hair loss is evenly distributed so I don’t have any patches. It just looks like hair of a 90 year old. I don’t dye my hair either, so I’m very excited to try this as I needed a new hair vitamin.

Francine, I just had so much success with that unit that I never really wanted to switch to the elite unit. I figured that if it wasn’t broken, why try to fix it.
Your math is incorrect. You have the 0.05% strength, not 5%. In other words, you have 5 hundredths of a percent. Not 5%, not 5/10 %, but 5/100 of a percent. The highest it goes is 0.1%, which is 1/10 of one percent. Sometimes you were incorrectly referring to it as 1%.
There's vegan, there's plant based and there's whole food plant based which is the healthy version Beth is doing. Some vegans are vegan for the animals, not for optimum health, as for example, potato chips and a diet coke are vegan. But when one is whole food plant based, WFPB, as Beth now is, one searches out the optimum healthy vegetables, fruits, whole grains, raw nuts and seeds and little to no processed foods, which by the way, would include no impossible burgers, fake cheeses, etc... as those are not healthy and full of unhealthy fats and sodium. And no worries about not getting enough protein or calcium as that is just ignorance. If you are whole food plant based with wide variety of greens, veggies, fruits, grains, you will be fine. Check out a gorilla or a horse, totally plant based and strong! Also, bones become far more brittle on high protein diet. WFPB and weight resistance exercise + cardio, low stress, plenty of love is the optimum in health for mind, body and spirit. Best to Beth!! ❤
The keto/carnivore community is naturally going to be defensive/distraught over your diet change, but I will say, once u see those numbers getting better and better in your blood tests from going wfpb, well, the proof is in the pudding. Hi Beth thanks for your update. Could you please share with us how you eat now,, perhaps what you eat in a day. I have the feeling that every time I go plant based all hell breaks loose and I loose everything, I mean my physics. It seems the price ot pay for me, I get sort of harsh and dry and gaunt and veiny and bony look. It makes me crazy because I would love to treive as a vegan🧡Perhaps somebody knows the answer
I never experienced any of the strange problems that you were talking about and my skin is smoother however it is not as good as microneedling or a face lift!

My puppies ate my hanging baskets so I got taller hangers no stores had flowers at this point so I replaced them with faux flowers and I love them. They dont look cheap or plastic like. Ur right faux flowers are better than they were.
