So I bought this EXACT product, the shimmering loose powder. My bottle was empty! I contacted customer service who told me that they don’t have it, so they can’t replace it. WHAT??!! A 10-second search on Amazon brought up the exact product in the LA Colors Amazon Store!!! They just don’t stand behind their product!! Really??!! Over an $8 product?! Very disappointed!! This seems harsh. She could have had a bad experience in the past, so approached you in a very cautious manner. If you make an appointment, and the salon is closed.. I can understand why she felt the way she did. She could have been working to a strict schedule with somewhere to be.
