So like others have said, good review. The only feedback I have is a pretty big one regarding your lack of understanding of the dynamics between CM electrolytes and hormones. They are 100% correlated. So you're statement about the Kegg being inaccurate, I don't understand where you are coming from and you really don't say (apart from how the reading changes if you take certain medications, and that's because the electrolyte levels change slightly if you take medications, so the readings are still accurate). That doesn't make it an inaccurate reader, if anything it makes it more accurate showing us the change in electrolyte levels that will impact our ability to get pregnant (if even ever so slightly). I do agree I wish that Kegg could quantify the electrolytes on their y axis. It might have something to do with the fact that there are at least 4 different kinds of electrolytes in our CM that determine its hospitality to sperm. But they are plotting the total of these (likely) so why not label it on the graph? So i definitely agree with you on that. But, to my point: to say the Kegg is inaccurate just shows a lack of understanding in electrical impedence and how it is actually a more reliable predictor of fertility than is the tracking of hormones. Since it's the level of electrolytes that ultimately DIRECTLY determines if the sperm will survive or not (not hormones). Hormone levels indirectly determine the ability to get pregnant at any given time and measuring them could not account for other factors that affect the electrolyte levels in the CM.
I really wanted to get pregnant. A week ago i experience food aversion as well as being overly sensitive to smell However now i have my period, it's lighter than normal, but not considered as spotting... and the color is lighter to brown. I also don't have clumps of blood (its normal for my menstruation) Should I take a pregnancy test?

Mine was red not pink or brown and a small dot with my CM. And I was for sure pregnant, the color and amount varies from women to women to pregnancy to pregnancy
Buying this now lol. After using the regular test strips, I’ve confirmed that I have multiple LH surges in my cycle so I have no idea when I’m actually ovulating (I’m also going to start temperature taking every morning)

I would really see the doctor for this, if you feel off just check with your physician, it sounds like an off period from what you shared but it would be anything, the doctor will ask you all the needed questions and can check your blood work
Thank you for this video, I’ve been trying to decide which monitor to order. I have PCOS and I’ve been looking into wearable bbt’s, do you have any experience with any brand or bbt? Also do you think it’s a good idea to get kegg and inito to use together?
Of course and thank you for watching! I really think there is nothing else you need but Inito! No, I haven’t tried wearable bbt’s and even though the concept sounds good I think especially with PCOS you need a way deeper look into what’s going on
I had the opposite effect on my sex drive 😅 kinda glad though tbh. Also if you’re with someone long term who’s clean, you’ll probably ditch condoms for most activities anyway. Not hating ofc, just sharing my side.
Interesting 🤔 I agree that as long as you are educated and mindful about using hormonal birth control for short-ish periods of time , it’s not that bad for everyone. Here I speak in general about the epidemic of birth control and the effects it has on society and people’s health , hopefully more people will start asking questions and doing their own research
It seems fertility education is much worse in the USA compared to Europe. As a European I am sometimes shocked at the lack of knowledge some Americans have. Yes I think studies have shown that you smell differently on birth control which can lead to a mismatch with the partner. Interesting stuff.
@@nian60 that’s one of the million reasons why we will homeschool 🌚 (starting this August) Niiice , I heard that in your country they educate kids about this part of life very good and statistically it works so well (preventing early pregnancies, STDs and so on)
Huge minus is that Inito doesn’t ship internationally. Meanwhile the others do. Mira even has free international shipping. I can’t get Inito in Australia
Inito is only for iPhone users, not for Android, if you need to buy an iPhone to use it you should add the price of an iPhone to the total price as you did i.e.: with the batteries
Good point …that’s why I did say that it’s the downside of Inito , in my opinion, in the end of the day it’s about performance, not price , I know people get used iPhones to use Inito , it’s up to each one of us to decide what to pick 🤷🏼♀️
@@KarynaCast I understand you, I only trying for you to realize that it's important to sound compassionate with those who don't have the money for an iPhone, when you say "it's up to you" sounds a bit tone deft with many people who have economic struggle for which an iPhone is a big investment in an already expensive (and emotionally taxing) journey of TTC (investing already high amounts in supplements, diet, tracking apps, and lifestyle changes, other tests, etc)
Because you do such good reviews I hope that you can get to test Ava, TempDrop and Femometer Smart Ring. Maybe you can ask the companies to send you review samples? 🙂 They are all BBT devices that you wear all night. I wonder which one of them would be the most comfy to sleep with at night.

Hi. I get my peak CD14. Today CD20 when morning i feel so sharp pain feels stabbing like a 1 min after that i feels like first day my menstrual day 1 hr and stop but after 2 hr little feels there something
That does sound like something I’ve experienced and the timing is right , you could try taking early sensitive test on like CD24-25( morning urine better )
I used the Kegg and enjoyed it just to have another fertility tracker. I also used the ClearBlue monitor for the Marquette method of NFP and I was tracking my temperature with the TempDrop until I lost it. I’m curious if you have any thoughts on TempDrop vs. Ava? Also, after watching this video I definitely want to get the Inito! I’m preparing for my first postpartum time.

I think when these monitors are being used to prevent pregnancy , it’s a different story , like you don’t need to confirm your ovulation, you just need an approximate fertility window , you don’t need all the other hormone readings so from that perspective clearblue could be okey, even a regular LH test would be ok . BTW, I am pro NFP and it feels so empowering to know your body and don’t have any meds suppressing your body functions therefore making you a whole different person…but that’s a story for another.l video I guess 🫣 I haven’t tried tempdrop or Ava so far , unfortunately
