She was acting suspicious. Listening to what she was saying she sounded really guilty. She is up to no good. Maybe scoping out you and your neighbors to figure when people are home, or not home. I would consider alerting the police to what she has been up to.
Dude, you need to get a life. If you have nothing better to do than make recordings of people on the street in your neighbourhood, (not acting “crazy” in any way, according to your own video evidence) maybe it’s time to look for a job or a hobby of some kind. Seriously.
We had one of those in my neighborhood, she would walk up peoples mail boxes and read their mail or look in their windows. I never saw her but I was told about her from some of the neighbors. One afternoon the same woman opened a neighbors front door and walked in, the neighbor was at work and got the aleart from her ring. About 5 minutes later the police showed up and found her still in the house eating chips or something. She was arrested and charged with breaking and entry burglery trespassing and mail theft. She's looking at 10 years or more, that depends on the other neighbors .. if they want to press charges too.
There is so much more to this story! Turns out she lives about a mile from me, and her house is NOT in our HOA. She was looking for a place her homeless drug addicted friend could sleep in her car. She though our community garden parking lot was perfect. She was doing this because her husband did NOT want the homeless friend at her house. Ended up getting her full name, address, and called her out on it. Even said "so is your husband aware you are doing this?" 1 day later she had her homeless friend leave. Haven't seen her since. I don't take kindly to people "leaving their trash" on my street! Neither do my neighbors.

These individuals are "casers" they traces rhe movements of people and neighborhoods to establish times for large scale robberies and home invasions. Large scale robberies are the kinds where they pull up a moving truck and just take Everything.

She "doesn't do that kind of stuff" like, RU-vid... she just trespasses. Like the Jan 6er's... only she won't go to jail or be a political prisoner. The "pussification of America" sickens me!
The same thing happened to my daughter-in-law and my son. And the next night they got it on video camera the lady came back and stole stuff off their front porch. She had been going to everyone's house and asking them some stupid questions. Well the police marched right over to her and showed her the video of her taking the stuff.

Not enough information. I only saw that a lady apparently went to the neighbor’s door and then walked away to use her phone. Was she supposed to stand in the street? Why the hostility? I don’t get it. Insufficient information to draw a conclusion.
MORE than enough info. She had NO justification, let alone a reasonable explanation for behaving as she was. It’s called preemptively being aware, in this case, of possible criminal or untoward activity. You go ahead in your life and wait until the criminal act takes place. Others like us prefer to PREVENT this happening. Appears that you read nothing at all from how she reacted to being called out. We did.

With squatters and porch pirates , catalytic converters being stolen, home invasions...as a neighbor, you are right on! Don't listen to the liberals who think we the hardworking, responsible Americans should cater to homeless individuals and drug addicted people..check out Seattle, San Francisco, NYC, etc sanctuary cities and see how they have done!!
