Nice video, I started using the app as well, and I really love how you can generate your own workout.Your face looks just like mine when working out haha, but afterwards its sooooo worth it. Also did you get to use the meal plans yet? I am a bit sceptical since I use to buy groceries that are discounted at the time, so it would be hard to buy what is in the meal plan as it would be much more expensive, what is your opinion?

It’s soooo good to see your gorgeous face back on RU-vid. If I ever get in a rut, I’ll turn my attention to building something. I’ll start by researching all the materials etc, then go into planning with design drawing and putting together a mood board. Then when i have decided what to go with, I go out shopping and then start building. I am the type of person that puts a lot of thought into projects and will run every scenario possible before I commence construction. I get a sense of self worth, when I stand back and admire my creation which all started from a vision. PS. How is the bee 🐝 hotel going?

When in a funk, remember to give yourself permission that’s its OK to be there, but it’s not your forever home, you are just visiting. Your mind and body just needs a little time out to regroup and recover the energy needed for all life can throw at you. Writing is a happy place for me, sometimes those thoughts aren’t as overwhelming when on paper... oh and dancing! Love to dance x
