A celebration of Ireland and many things. Welcomed a diverse group of performers including incredibly talented marching bands from USA, Canada and Scotland. Huge artistic effort & community spirit went into a parade. 2 hours worth which is hard to sum up. ☘️
oh I would love to hear him play when I am in Ireland in Sept... but I cannot find a day officially... ex the 16th in Newry, not sure I will still be in Ireland... does anyone know of one?
My sister and I stayed here in 2019 and loved it. All members of the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was great and the entertainment was wonderful! I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed at your beautiful hotel in 2018. We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary. It has been a great 2 weeks☘this year we celebrate the 30th...what do we need to do?😁😉
Prices for hotel accommodation in Dublin are atrociously high. I am not prepared to be ripped off. O Connell street a major drug-dealing place, in daylight too. Can think of other, more enjoyable ways to spend our money.

Went to see Daoirí at the Sage not so long ago. What a wonderful evening, and a charming man, not to forget his dad, driver, roadie. Stayed at the Castle one year for my wife's birthday, a great hotel. Why can't people shut their fat gobs while someone so talented is trying to entertain them? 🤔 Perhaps bad manners and not a musical bone in their bodies! Will definitely return to the Castle and when is Daoirí on again. Happy Happy Joy Joy😁
My husband and I stayed at the Castle Hotel not long before covid happened. Beautiful hotel. Was a great first introduction to Dublin. As always, great performance, Daoiri. Hope some day I will get to see you perform in person.
Our guests were enjoying themselves. Unfortunately we think it was more our phone picking up the chatter as we don't have a special mic on Daoirí. He was amazing on the night and very much appreciated on the night.
Many nations enjoy a good cup of tea with the ingredients sourced from Asia and Africa. Ireland has so much to offer but there's no denying the Irish love tea and have adopted Afternoon Tea as if it were it was of its own making.
@@CastleHotelDublin Yes indeed, Barry`s is a good brew, it makes tea that we call "builders bum" tea. Dark and strong! You can get afternoon tea in the US even, though the Commonwealth nations all do it!
@@jimwalsh8520 Ha ha yes the good old builders love Barry's alright! A cup of it is perfect with our full Irish breakfast. It's no surprise so many countries have adopted Afternoon Tea - it's a lovely way to while away an afternoon with loved ones. There's just a something-something about it. Everyone leaves happy and relaxed and surprisingly some need a take-away box for left overs.
