My channel is dedicated to live music and capturing these live performances to share with all of you. Most of these performances are from music venues in the Seattle Area, but many were captured in Las Vegas, Chicago, Los Angeles and other cities. Also included on my channel is footage of my travels.
I claim no ownership of the musical performances captured. Copyrights and ownership belongs to the individual musicians or bands featured in the videos on my channel. I make no money on footage presented. This channel is more a labor of love for live music…
Thank you all for covering one of my Steely Dan faves, and a song that Becker & Fagen avoided performing in concert like it was the plague. Same goes for another fine song off of 1975's "Katy Lied" album, "Any World (That I'm Welcome To)." You did the late-great alto saxophonist Phil Woods proud with the solo at 1:30 here.
He grew up imitating Stevie Ray Vaughan I must say he has done a good job of it if there had not been a Stevie Ray Vaughan there never would have been a Kenny Wayne Shepherd
Ecstasy of Gold, one of the greatest cinematic moments in movie history! Eli Wallach running through the grave yard, accompanied by one of the greatest music scores ever! I viewed this movie as a 16-18 year kid, taking in this scene I knew, even then, I had witnessed perfection in cinema!
This doesnt get any cooler than these guys that put their time and music talent to honor one of the best rock bands that made a huge dent in the music world Bostons best grt job here
Andy Omdal (trumpet) was my band officer when I was in the Marine Corps. What I wouldn't give to sit in with him here...I'm also a diehard Steely Dan Fan! Great gig!
Yes Yes Yes, Sounds Amazing:) As a Pro Saxophonist myself, this is indeed one of the most sexiest instruments in the world. I guess I am been biased, but in reality, it's the true. After hearing this song last night, I definitely added this one on my repertoire. Dave Koz and Candy Dulfer always sound amazing together. Thank you for inspiring not just Saxophonists, but all Musicians:)
