This is going to be quite a story… thank you for your patience 🙃 So few days back (around 5 days) my Maa got me a silk cocoon to show me how threads are spun and it felt very light and airy. I kept playing with it the following day and then kept it inside a box on my bed table. Just two days back I had to reach out for the box for some item and saw a creature which was neither caterpillar or butterfly and it was out of the cocoon and it was so surprising because both Maa and I thought it was an empty cocoon ! I instantly knew it was a sign and carried symbolic message for me and now your meditation summed it up !! Thank you Rachel ! Thank you so very much, it was a pleasure meditating with you 🦋🪽
I have to add…within a few moments of writing this comment I looked up to see so gently so effortlessly the first butterfly of the season glide past my dining room window. She was full of goosebumps and exuded effortless grace. Awww beautiful moment that required a share 💛🦋
