I was given one by a friend cause it isn’t charging. When charged light turn on and when unplugged nothing turns on. I even try to scoot it and the power comes on and fades back off. Any solutions?

Hello. Just got a Glion 225 brand new (arrived pre-charged and battery display light indicated all bars.) Anyway, as recommended before first use, I plugged the end of charger into the e-scooter first (as per the manual instructions). Then plugged the charger plug into the outlet. Charger light turned "red" and that is okay as it indicating it was charging the battery. After about 45/60 minutes or so I went back to check the charging status and I saw that the charger light was blue. Is this normal? Again, this is my very first time charging the e-scooter. Any feedback is appreciated. Thank you.

@@robertkaneki3293 was your scooter fully charged? If it's fully charged, the charger is no longer charging and depending on the model the light could stay blue. If the scooter wasn't fully charged in the first place, when you charge, the charge light should be red
@@robertkaneki3293 then it's a battery issue. Most likely a blown fuse. If not, a bad battery. If you can check the fuse and let us know, it will not void your warranty. thanks!
Fix the sound you colossal idiots! The instructions tell me to watch the instructional videos, and you didn't even bother to make sure the sound was working. Doesn't speak well of your attention to detail, and I'm now regretting my purchase of this thing.
We are currently offering model 225, the difference between 225 and 215 is : 225 has additional rear foot emergency braking and rear light as opposed to reflector. 225 also has front suspension, which offers a more smooth ride.
Now that some time has past since you've had the scooter and used it, how do you feel about the scooter now? Is it still function properly. Is it really worth it? How are your feeling when riding it when there is light rain? is there a fear of malfunction or electrification? Hope you respond.
