Impulse Foil is from years ago and not in Liquid force lineup anymore. Also liquid force don’t produce Kitesurf products anymore. Learn to Kitefoil can do with every Kite used for Twintip Kitesurfing. No need to buy the most expensive Soft kite available. Better use a kite that you know already how to fly instead of a soft kite you have to learn again while you want to focus on the foil. Also the speaker in this video is low volume not easy to hear.
Did you crack it? What was the trick.... although I can't do it either - I think you only start the carve upwind once the kite is higher as otherwise it resists you carve and you are pulled off.

Good question. You'd think that having straps would be helpful. In reality no, you are much better off without as you are free to step anytware and to use the entire surface of the board. Needless to say that if your board stays on its side on its own as you could see at 1:21 - that would be a great asset in this type of situation.
Those are good options. Foil kites have much wider range compare to the LEI ones so it is make sense to hav foil ones if we are talking about limited amount of gear. My choice would be an 8m and 12m Flysurfer Souls and hydrofoil (I'm using Russian RDB which is replica of Moses with 90cm mast and 730cm2 front wing) and twintip board. I'm 100kg so 6m Soul is pretty much useless for me. But again I don't think that gear should be limited by those only options. I have 8m/10m/12m/15m Flusyrfer Souls in my car as well as hydrofoil and 2 twin tip boards and using it all periodically depending on conditions. I also have 9m and 12m Cabrinha Drifters which I use in super gusty conditions which unfortunately happening often at my area.

Думаю, что ГФ следует отвести в сторону от траектории движения, тогда он пройдет мимо кайта и стропы не запутаются. А ТТ плывет медленнее кайта там проблем нет.
@dimitii niko Я думаю это только в теории, а на практике не совсем уверен что это возможно, так как гидрофоил не останется на траектории. плюс я всегда пытаюсь оставить гидрофоил "на боку" так как он легкий (carbon fiber) это создают еффект якоря хотя в этот раз он повернулся с бока на обычную позицию - и как следствие приплыл к кайту толкаемый ветром и волнами...
How would you describe the setup to a successful gybe in light conditions... I tend to think get the kite at 12, sheet out let it fly forward on the window, then hard turn and ease the turning radius as it swoops down next to the water... Direction of the foil travel, i would say initially upwind then slightly down wind as the kite is travelling down and then a sharp in opposite direction as the kite comes out of the loop... Not sure any of that makes sense, but keen on ideas... 💡

For this warm summer in Moscow region i use only Flysurfer soul 15, and change board from flydoor 170x50 to mday hydrofoil 1050cm2 + nobile infinity split foil. All my adventure with those equipment can see on my chanel.
Been foiling a while now and the best thing you can do is keep the foil more level on the turn so that it doesn't breach and you lose all your speed, once you are more comfortable you can breach on purpose to add a bit of style. Also focus more on riding the foil than hanging off the kite which will help drive the foil round the full 360.
15-ха хороша, так же как и дверь... укоротил рулевые стропы на 10см, кайт начал очень бодро рулится именно в лайтвинд 2-4 м/с, также поменял стропу дипаура на инфинити бар на метровую, можно выживать с гидрофойлом до 7-8 м/с
Жесть какая! Я баллоник безморковник то не смогу от воды отклеить, а парафойл на воде это вообще как кусок материи. Счастье, что он на дно не пошёл. Респект скилам!
Да спасибо Сергей! Я тоже сначала боялся, но потом осознал, что как ни крути, а в кайте обязательно останется немного воздуха - и погрузиться ему не светит! тут главное без паники!
был подобный опыт с точно таким же флаем, полчаса в воде бултыхался, вот что значит современные технологии, после этого случая распродал все рти изделия
@@artyrbelski Ну почему, если удается поднять каийт, то в нем воды которую надо сливать уже не будет, он просто будет мокрый. НО если если есть возможность после удачного поднятия покататься маленько - то на берег приплываешь с сухим кайтом - как будто ничего не случилось!
