I think that if angron had remained his pure version he and his legion wouldve probbaly been the emperors templars a mix between blood angels and ultramarines and maybe word bearers getting stuff done but always leaving worlds better then before aswell as having a opposite view on life he might be a primarch version of sigsmund like imagine if the emperor had saved angron from that battle nails or not if he had saved angrons family he probably wouldve had the most loyal version of him. Right on every single account there - even Sigismund had his limits. He didn't fight with joy by the end of the Heresy, merely out of a dogged, determined, hateful faith. Angron would have been so much more! And thank you - welcome to the Channel!
Other than the same british (no offense intended by this) Indian accent you and General Bradley do not sound alike. You have a higher pitch voice, and i would assume younger than him. Great video by the way.

My empathy died for Angron when he began slaughtering his own sons, trying to teach them incomprehensible lessons that he suffered through and in that madness, inflicted his demons on his own and humanity, he’s like Anakin but doesn’t mind the sand, lol.
The tragedy of Angron is that he was supposed to have been an empath.... he was created to play the Role of a Paladin among the Primarchs.... He literally could feel others pain and suffering and channel them and make others around him feel better..... The time when he's in the arena before he has the nails and the acid starts rising and the other gladiators are falling into the acid and dying like you can literally tell from the way he's feeling and acting that he feels their pain and he just doesn't know what to do and then self-preservation kicks in and he makes it to the top of the mountain and is the winner but he feels nothing but utter disgust and come complete sadness for the people that have just died in front of him. He also starts to harbor rage towards the people of Nuceria , most especially the high riders, and the people who owned him, the house of Tal'kyr. When he put up resistance and they finally drove the nails into his skull and then they made him fight his father figure gladiator guy and he killed him when he came out of his bloodlust and realized what he had done he literally vomited for almost 48 hours in his cell.... And the nails weren't just driven into his brain they actually cut parts of his brain out to fit the nails in there because primarchs don't have the normal human physiology their brains are a lot larger and they're a lot different than normal humans so in order to make the nails work they had to remove parts of his brain and they also removed right on the top of his spinal cord the cortex, So basically the nails replaced parts of his brain I mean they were embedded right in his serotonin receptors and his pain and pleasure receptors it was in there and so much of it had been removed that if anyone attempted such as the emperor when he found him and they were looking at trying to remove them if they had removed the nails he would have died right on the table because there were parts of his brain that were missing he would have basically died like a vegetable. So yeah Angron is one of the most tragic Primarchs, hands down. And so to buy default The World-Eater's became a tragic legion that went from proud warriors who had a Martial code that they followed of honor and war, and Martial pride... Well once the nails were introduced into the legion they became nothing but a bunch of blood thirsty sociopathic murderers and serial killers. The only thing that mattered was ripping people skulls off to stick in a sack and getting as much blood out of their necks as humanly possible as fast as possible.... And if there wasn't enough enemies to get the blood out hey my buddies back is turned so let me just embed my chain axe right in his spine... Blood for the blood god, skull for the skull throne and all that! 😂😂 But seriously if agron had been found sooner who knows what would have happened it would have been so freaking awesome to see an aggron in full control of his faculties who basically had the intelligent mind who was also a badass warrior who had the undertones of calm resolved so he wasn't just berserker all the time. There was the time when the space wolves completely surrounded him because he was so angry he just didn't even see it happening and if they had all opened up with their bolters and Lehman Russia just ran in they would have definitely killed angron... And later on logar has to tell angron you would have died there.... So yeah that whole world leaders in agron is just horrible and they're just a tragic legion I still love the shit out of the bloody sons of bitches but it's just really sucks I would have loved to have seen a regular angron. I mean fabulous bile traded a perfect Primark clone of fulgrim to trace in, how sick would it be if he could make a clone of angron that was perfect without the nails?? GW would never do it but my God I would be ecstatic if they did. Anyway I noticed your channel just popped up I figured I'd give you a comment and at least throw some paragraphs around see if anybody else adds to it. My advice to you is do not try to sound so grim dark while you are talking and basically just keep doing what you are doing. There are a lot of 40K channels out there so you have a lot of competition but if you stick with it and you keep things interesting there are a lot of new people to the setting because of space Marine 2 coming out there are a crap load of 40K people who have no idea what it is. So just keep it simple and give them some introductory characters and factions and give some more and they will come trust me I will throw you a sub as it sounds like you could be interesting. You know the worst part about this comment? Next week's entry is written and recorded, but I could have just used this comment for half of the script! It would have saved me effort writing last week!😂 I'm glad you empathise with Angron like I do - for me, it makes the Grimdark even more dark. Thank you for the sub and the advice! It's always appreciated. I'm enjoying the process - it started off with me trying to explain Warhammer 40k to my partner, so I decided why not help explain it to other people as well. As for sounding too grimdark? I've spent my career on stage - so I confess I am a little prone to melodrama! I'll try to reign it in for the future videos! 😅
People are treating & viewing the tabletop the same way Leandros views Titus & the Codex Astartes. It's your game fellas. Play it how you want to, make up your own rules if you have to. Titus leads by example. Don't become Leandros.
They are cool new minis to paint! And much more enjoyable now that they are slightly bigger! Although that could just be me, because I'm terrible at painting...

Partially, but the scale creep was also a problem too - no matter how well trained, or gene-hanced certain IG units were, they were too close to Marines, at least for me - but I understand your point of view :)
if you & the people you play with think the same, why dont you just pretend all units that are NOT primaris, are, in-fact, Primaris? It's your game lmao play it how you want to. If the people you play with refuse to let you pretend certain units of yours are Primaris to level the playing field against any Primaris your opponent may have then they aren't people worth playing with. 😊
@@qAnon118of course that’s a given. House rules can be used in your play group, no biggie. But since there’s rules for firstborn vs primaris, taking your army to another group or local game store becomes a headache/hassle of “this tactical squad is an intercessor squad, while this devastator squad is still a devastator squad, this rhino is a repulsor with firstborn as primaris” etc etc etc Let’s not pretend that GW is anything but a model seller. The Primaris have some nice sculpts, but if they were just a marine truescale refresh, there would be no real reason to buy them.
Azazel... I'm sorry, I've been holding off for so long... You sound like just like another YTuber... Generalbradley, of which I am also subbed to. Please confirm or deny... I MUST HAVE ANSWERS, ARE YOU THE SAME DUDE?!?!
Primaris are plot holes, everything from only one primarch signing off on it to one person, only the God emperor Cawl allowed to work on it, the equipment needed that entire forge worlds couldn't produce to the training and geneseed elements of each unique chapter being put into one basket. The custodes and inquisition did not know about this projec, the literal HOUSE OF THE EMPEROR did not know about this for 10 thousand years. The mechanicus would Not be accepting of new tech Unless they had also been apart of this project for 10k years, which is not the case, it is a cult and you've broken the main rule, no innovation. To allowing one primarch to have control over entire 9 legions(nearing a million), a force that would rival the entire heresy and even the Great crusade that with 2-3million marines brought a galaxy to heel in 300 years. Other primaris problems include the armour, it's not rounded on the top, every mark is rounded at the top to keep the iconic massive pauldrons, the waist is tiny or GW can't draw. The boltrifle is an oxymoron, the bolter rounds already have rocket engines and make the weapon bigger/longer for no reason other than Tacticool. The new enhancement of putting metal into the skeleton would 1, make the marine slower and heavier and 2, would make excellent shrapnel for any basic bullet hitting the marine, were otherwise it would've just went through(if you know how bullets work, going straight through is better for smaller bullets) The phobos armour is cool, the new jump packs are nice, the Gravis armour needs a redo and the desolation squad is an abomination. To the point, 40k should remain within 40k, it does not need to advance because it is a plot device people can use to their imagination, of course the lore guides that but the imperium is somehow not winning after a million influx of marines, (Better than the marines who took a galaxy in 300 years against enemies like Khrud and other aliens that had plasma weapons as standards), it makes it out of place and a fine idea, poorly executed. Rather, have Corax 'raptors' be the point, have the marines pull back from the front, this will give the guard and internal politics of the imperium more time to be showcased, have tau have an ai rebellion, a normal rebellion, some expansion and feel a bit of chaos, chaos with regards to the warp and aux races. Have the necrons go after the tyranids while they try to fight for the king position. Anybody who can fill in plot holes, you're welcome to tell me.
But... miniature sales figures! 🤣 Personally I feel that Primaris were a good idea (atleast to scale the models) but there could have been more done with them. We could have had Cawl turning up with "accelerated, advanced geneseed" that had varying levels of effectiveness (and brought about a second cursed founding), or give us a ton of content on Cawl and Alpha Primus struggling with the Legionaries in stasis (some alpha legion shenanigans swiping off a ship full or two), or save them for the time when Roboute and the Lion get together to initiate some intense confrontations about Roboute attempting to rebuild the Legions while the Lion gets suspicious of him (despite doing the same damn stuff with the Unforgiven). As for Cawl getting away with stuff - I just feel like that's in character for him. I expect we will see his already gargantuan ego boosted ever higher with his devil-may-care denial of Martian authority, until he comes to a crushing downfall. Cawl labelled heretek and forced to flee while both loyalists and traitors pursue him would make for a bloody good read. But, the Primaris are here to stay for now, and for the newcomers - they will soon be the only marines they've ever known, hence the simplified video so they can catch up :)
@@ChroniclesofAzazel I do understand GW trying to get the new marines in, but lore wise there's a massive disconnect, new people will never know, or maybe just not care. And I just do not like cawl, cause the mechanicus are a cult and as such owe nothing to imperium if it's religion is not followed regarding technology. So it's either lore says the mechanicus can't innovate and are backwards or that they could innovate but had to rediscover the 'scientific method' one that is painfully slow and long. I've heard he's well written as a character, but I do not think he fits for what he's done lore wise. An upscale is definitely good, it was Like I said very badly done.
I just realised that your username fully backs up your dislike of cawl 😅 HE is definitely a marmite character, and well written because of that. You're either going to love him or loathe him - for me, his personality is appealing. But I completely understand why he's not everyone's cup of tea. I'm just amazed that in a future of mechanic mysticism, the only thing powerful enough to break tradition is the most self-absorbed ego ever to stride the galaxy.😅
Primaris armor is literally just improved Maximus armor, which wasn't also rounded at the top. Everything else seems like a fear of change, the revival of Guilliman was supposed to be a new hope for the imperium, where they'll finally be able to reforge themselves into their peak. Besides, GW could only sell so many more firstborns before it got old. And I for one welcome the new models, I remember how excited I was that we were getting a new scale where a marine can be bigger than a guardsman now!
Sometimes I wish I did use AI, I'd be able to produce more content 😅 but then I'd never learn how to improve and how to enjoy - which are two things that you can't put a price on 😊

A lot of times people who call out others for shitty things they do are called hypocrites. But in rare cases these types are call outs are probably the most accurate because the hypocrites can actually see someone copying the same shitty tactics they’ve already used.
I would adore seeing the Tau gradually slip in their morals piece by piece as they begin to comprehend the Grimdark universe around them. But I would forever keep my Farsight Enclaves fairly decent - but I am biased that way 😅
I stick to the idea that a last remaining "Old One" set up the warp storm, picked the Tau for uplifting to be the last weapon against the Necrons. They were supposed not stir the warp, hence no payers, but rely on technology which can rip apart quite few races besides the Necrons. I think said old one got harlequins to help by being or claiming to be Ceogorach, the laughing God. Old Ones were good at shaping DNA and evolution, and were God like in control of pure warp, and made the eldar and orks as 2 examples. Plus I think the Necrons want a species superior to Tau in longevity, and height, similar to what their metals indicate.
Another theory to add to my growing list! I do love the lack of concrete information we have on the tau, like the lost primarchs, it gives us so much speculative material to create our own narratives in places 😊
@@ChroniclesofAzazel I put it all together data in the first Tau codexices and white dwarves back then. Tau are dinos on way to mammal and bird hood, look at them, earth caste look like turtles, air look like birds needing feathers, the water and fire look close to mammal predator and herbivores etc.
The true horror of Chaos, Tyrranids and The Imperium are relatively obvious. The Necrons and Astartes are a more subtle Horror of humanity lost in exchange for power, to much to be a good deal-to little to be merciful in becoming so alien you do not miss it so... The Tau are more subtle still. The tau are good, in 40k. However, any other sci-fi world they would be evil-think of the dromion from Star trek, with the Jem Hadar and their many clones worshiping them as gods. The Tau are the most good because they are merely Incredible evil. Like China is doing EVEN NOW, they have Propoganda, Reeducation camps, Sterilization, and all the other trappings of Facism. The fact this empire is the most good in Warhammer 40k, in spite of this, is simply a testament too Warhammers Sheer Fucking Darkness. Thiers is the Horror of the setting. The Horror of a grimdark future, where there is only war...
The Grimdark, where every faction is awful in different ways is the main reason why I love the setting. Hopelessness and despair abound, yet there are always far worse fates, so one should thank one's lucky stars...
