who wants to go thru 3 treatments? not to mention the price of this drug is more expensive than Xiaflex! have needle aponeurotomy. it takes 20 minutes and you walk out of the docs office with straight fingers. This is only a breakthru for the drug company that developed adalimum. and another thing, who makes up these names?
So glad i found this. I have been for a few blood tests, i had test done for rhumatoid arthiritis it came back false negative, my test for imflammation came back positive, my vitamin D came back low. I had xrays in my back/hip they came back as nothing showing, my neck and back came back saying i have arthitis. Its so confusing as my worst pain comes from my back and hip, although my full body aches, i wake up 2-3 times a night with my forearms, elbow and shoulders aching, my hands ache, wrist, ankles, hip and lower back, And my groin. Also have plantar fascitits in both feet. I have been referred to a rhumatalogist but going to be a long wait. Dont know if i can wait months i have been trying to get this sorted for years this is them just doing these tests. I am so down about my day to day life, my pain on a good day is a 7 out of 10 on a bad day 10. So tired and fed up. Take meloxicam and dhyrcodiene, vitamin d, and onzeprole
Hello. I feel your pain. I was just diagnosed but for me the pain is now chronic. Very bad arthritis in my neck now too. You have so many symptoms I would insist they get to the bottom of them. Good luck! ❤
I read the article, and was not impressed. There are many studies in the literature showing similar results with steroid injection of nodules, and I have personal experience that confirms it (3 years with softening and shrinkage of nodules.) What is not similar is the price: last time I checked, adalimumab was $7000 a vial. Kenalog and other steroids are cheap cheap cheap.
Triamcinolone (Kenalog) 40. Single session, 3 nodules injected, almost painless during and after. Google triamcinolone dupuytrens and read the articles.@@azr1453
IVE just had full shoulder replacement sugery 3weeks ago fue to very very painfull osteoarthrites , my pain IS a fraction as It was 3 weeks ago so for me a god send ,working on my excersises now off all pain Killers which IVE Been taking for 12 months , im very Happy ,had the sugery here in Spain where we live ,fantástico health care system here feel brill 👍
