Shilajit is not Russian, Shilajit is an Indian Sanskrit term which means the one who conquered a mighty cliff. It is also found in Russia and Mongolia but it is not particularly a Russian thing. Shilajit is mostly found in the Himalayan regions, and the most purest Shilajit comes from Kashmir. And Russian government have banned the export on Shilajit because the production of Shilajit is very low in Russia, and not because Russian Shilajit is the best in the world. So if someone selling you Russian Shilajit it is most probably a Mongolian or Himalayan Shilajit or it is completely fake. Unless you personally know somebody who smuggled it from Russia.
It’s amazing the razor’s edge that Ingebrigsten and his coaches have walked. Growing up running I have seen examples of kids being coached to run fast from around age 10 and none of them amounted to anything. If these kids managed to not get burned out or over trained they went on to run at major universities in the US, but they were barely on the traveling squads and didn’t really improve upon their teenage times.
A Pakistani here. Read with patience. Trust me it feels so unbelievable to you but nobody knows these guys. Even they aren't full time lifters. The strgenth pride had always been in sub continent that even these stints are very normal to them. Like common man can't be amused. They only cheer cricket as any other sport is meaningless to them. Your eyes popped out after seeing this. But one have to be ignorant enough to see this and don't give a shit. That's the harsh truth of here.
Most distance runners don't run over 60 to 65 minutes for most their runs. The people running 2 hours or more for long runs are marathoners or longer. Running twice a day creates the 100 miles plus a week volume. This has widely been done by many distance runners for more than half a century.
not sure if weights are accurate, I doubt but there are old wrestling traditions here in gujranwala , generations and relatives of Great Gama phelwan , I think his grand kid who defeated Japanese Inoki , they train from old ways you can research its interesting there drills and ther bodies are deceiving, not like builders bulging yet very strong muscle layers fibers and thick .
Lmfao the point of getting crocs on set was because they were an unrecognizable brand. They couldn't get in trouble for saying any one brand of shoe is for morons 😂 it wasn't saying people who wear them are stupid the directed just needed shoes no one could name directly.
Sebastian Coe was trained by his father Peter, who was also an engineer and self-taught as an athletics coach. He only started training Seb when he was 50, using his knowledge of engineering to bolster his approach to biomechanics. He was dissatisfied by the training regimes of the time in the UK, which was influenced by a New Zealand coach involving a lot of long distance running. Instead he developed an approach of speed-endurance training for his son, using research by translating East German training manuals. Peter Coe had an amazing life, having been one of only 5 survivors when his merchant ship was torpedoed by a Germany cruiser. He was captured, put to work in the kitchens as he spoke fluent German. He managed to escape when being transferred to a prison camp by train and walked to Spain where he was interred for 6 months before being freed. In the UK he rose through the ranks to become a production manager.
Since the retirement of Hicham El Guerrouj in 2004, we have not seen a world class and dominant 1500m runner like this guy. He has all the potential to break the legendary old 3:26:00 WR.
It’s the overprocessing! You’re taking an oil and you are bleaching it, heating it, deodorizing it, and then when you use it, you boil it over and over and over again
