Hey, it's AMathMonkey! I make retro / alternative gaming videos, so if you're looking for weird content about old games, go right ahead and subscribe, and have a fantastic day! (I also upload soundtracks and I reupload others' videos sometimes.)
In Beetle Adventure Racing, I was once the world record holder for the fastest individual level Time Attack on every track, as well as the fastest Bonus Circuit run (all 6 tracks in a row). Check out my playlist of PBs, and see if you can beat me (or the current WR holders)! I do appreciate any activity in the BAR! speedrunning community.
P.S. you can call me Math or AMtMky (pronounced AMountMonkey, loool) for short if you want, Also, my icon is not corn, it's a phone wallpaper called "Abstract Hot Trio". Okay, fine, it's corn.
I am a lot less active than I used to be, but I'm still around.

In 2024, I find that Mt. Mayhem is still the definitive test for measuring the accuracy of N64 emulation. There's something about the snowy fog effect that breaks every hardware-rendered plugin I've thrown at it. Even the relatively new ParaLLEl-RDP, a fork of Angrylion RDP Plus that supports high resolution upscaling, works better than most, but it still produces strange artifacts around distant scenery at any resolution higher than 320x240. So visually, it's no better than Angrylion; you just get improved performance.
I really love the art style and music of this game and the music tracks are actually unique compared to other video games because it uses every music genre.
The end of “moon men” sounds like what looking at and acid, like sulfuric acid buring through paper and basically buring and charing it but also creating bubble in and slowly expanding it to. Like a growing and bubbling chemical reaction is what im saying, Its beatiful.
