Hi thanks for being here, I'm not a doctor but to my knowledge this product is not good to treat or either safe with people who have fungal acne. Even though it is for people with sensitive skin and is very hydrating, I think it's best to cure the main problem first which is the fungal acne and you have to look for a doctor for a prescription. I heard niacinamide is good for that,you might want to try it out? But if it's not working, better consult the doctor for other treatments.

How do you use yam root vegan milk cleanser? How to use it: Massage gently onto the dry skin until the makeup and impurities melt, add more water and continue to massage. Rinse thoroughly with warm water or wipe with cotton pads. This is searched based on Google. And in this video I'm using multiple makeup products just to show how well this cleanser (for double cleansing) performs on skin. It states to use it on dry skin with makeup there's no saying you have to use it just like micellar water or remover would. This is for double cleansing method, mine for example... To be precise I use it first, then use my cosrx salicylic acid cleanser after to remove impurities, then move on to my other skin care routines. I hope this helps.😊
What do you mean by face cleansers aren't supposed to remove makeup? Face cleansers are for cleaning your face, which means it is designed to remove dirt, grime, oil, sunscreen, makeup or anything that you apply on your face. It's just that some face cleansers aren't powerful or aren't designed to clean waterproof makeup. That's why people resort on using micellar water or oil cleanser, which of course has the same surfactants that are used in formulating face wash.
