Show me one verse in the Bible that sins ever went into the sanctuary! can you print it so that we can all read it? rather than just say that's what happens!. The only cleansing that took place was because( it was amongst the people )!but it doesn't say it was sin. You apparently don't understand how to read the word Azazel ( it's read backwards )! You read from right to left notice the mark in Hebrew just ahead of the word! and if you actually to the research it's contradicting Azazel is the goat. The Bible says it's the place that goes to. All you would need to do is use the Bible,! So you end up having the sins on azazl on Leviticus 16:10 instead of where the goat goes to!.. an Jesus Christ( on the same day). Any speculations on why God didn't just wipe out the Amalekites with a targeted plague or localized flood? And what's up with Moses having to hold his hands up to allow the Israelites to win in battle as described in Exodus 17? Why? It seems that God succeeded in being at war from generation to generation as conflict in the Middle East has never ceased, albeit without the Amalekites in modern times. For a creator of the universe, God sure seems to be pretty weak and powerless when it comes to things that humans care about. When he does help, it's in a substantially inefficient and impermanent way. I presume that is why all of God's promises are essentially delayed until the afterlife. He must really be powerful in that realm.
