Long time gamer so not like I dont know my way around. Playing mostly survival based games right now and trying to get to a point where I can tell stories based on my journeys. Learning all the time. I am aiming to release a mixture of fun / serious videos largely based around survival games since its my favourite genre, in particular DayZ.

Me who only recently started playing modded servers and tried Namalsk out today No idea that the map would go full Stalker/Half Life mode in the late game lol
Believe it or not, it was only about a year ago that I was dragged, kicking and screaming away from the original Arma2 mod to Standalone. So I am have played the old version of Namalsk many times. But I thought I'd just check to see what it looks like now. And I'm glad I chose your video. Well presented, and concise. Just what I want fom any tutorial video. As always, good job!
This map has so many crazy little details, I'm trying to figure out wtf the grave in up in Svinna (far NE corner) is, it's surrounded by so many grave markers that you can actually see it on the map as a black circle
even with my own 5k hours ingame this taught me stuff, thanks for a very thorough video! Your attention to detail is unlike any other Dayz content creator I've watched. Maybe sometime in the future you'll lend to the Banov mission the same SurvivingChaos treatment you did with Deer Isle and Namalsk, that would be epic!

Another good tip is to craft a campfire pretty quickly and a hand kit, and then pick the campfire up and carry it in your inventory for quick deployment.
Tried namalsk for the first time lastnight. Day one namalsk and I had my best adventure to date with 4 randoms. I’ve only got about 300 hours in Dayz and I can’t believe the adventure I had in just 2 hours of namalsk. Can’t wait for more.
I played day one namalsk for the first time yesterday. Already had the best adventure I’ve ever had in my short Dayz career of only about 300 hours. Absolutely remarkable.
People always ask why I wear a bandana so much. I say its an extra bandage just in case. It gives you the lowest chance of blood infection for a non disinfected item. Only 15%. Plus it takes up no inventory space on your face. It is one more thing to wring out though.
The tenacity for this is kinda wild. The first boat death got to me in particular... Discovered you yesterday and loving your stuff. Great style and a skilled player.
9:41 is Lantia plate carrier the same as black plate carrier from a3? The one from a3 got the NAC marks and lantia got HALI tho I’m not sure about difference
The Lantia plate is the one that now spawns at A3, with the NAC logo on the front. (It was moved from a lantia only spawn some time ago). Obviously, that one is stronger than regular plate carriers.
this is what turned me off dayz. They have all these countless bullshit pseudo realism mechanics that just makes it tedeous instead of enjoyable gameplay. Plus all that shit that mostly people with 10k playhours know and you get sniped from nowhere after looting and running for 7 hours. You starve so fast, you cant even sprint endlessly anymore, getting a car takes days. I could go on but i already hate myself for wasting the time to type this. Good content though, subscribed
