Hi! We went during mid December, right before Christmas time. The weather was very nice. We only had one-off rain during the night which totally didn't affect us. Otherwise we had sunny days. Make sure to pack your suncream because the sun definitely feels stronger. Thanks for watching, check out our other Maldives videos too, your subscribe would mean a lot for us too :)
@@ElaineandGabriel Thank you so much for replying back. We are going in April. Hope the weather is good. I have subscribed and will check out your other videos too.
@@rofz5684 I am sure it will be just as nice! From what I hear, when it rains it is only for a short time. Maldives is soo beautiful I am sure you will enjoy it! Thank you so much for subscribing! Much appreciated :) Elaine
this recipe has become my favorite recipe. I even use it for beef shanks! Lovely! If you haven’t tried it yet, do so. You won’t get disappointed. Since I don’t like the texture like pulled pork, so I only slow cook it for 7 hours. And let it soak in the juice for overnight.
Hi there! sorry it is not mentioned verbally, it is 180°C - visible at the @05:18 timestamp. Hope it turns out great for you! Thanks for watching and hope you subscribe to our channel for more recipes 😁
Hi, the villas overlooking the lagoon should be marked as "Lagoon view" on the Radisson site and major booking sites. Enjoy your stay and don't forget to subscribe to our channel 🙏
Hey Gavin! Thanks was an honest review of our experience. No particular dress codes required :) ... The kabuki has a slightly poshy vibe to it so maybe it would make sense to dress up a bit. Enjoy and please subscribe to our channel 🙏
Hi, our accomodation was called Szymaszkowa at 1c, 34-500 Zakopane. Hope you found our video helpful :) feel free to subscribe - it would be of great help to us. Thanks!
Was wondering. I like to use the kettle bbq to smoke brisket. Do you think smoking first or using the slow cooker first would be best? I don't think the sauce will do well later in the kettle bbq when I wrap the meat up. I am concerned the sauce may also stop the meat from smoking properly lol In the past I have smoked the brisket for a couple of hours in the kettle then moved it to the slow cooker with red wine and onion etc. But never had a thick sauce. I would prefer to keep it in the kettle but I can't always use it during fire danger season :( Sauce does look very nice though, thanks for the recipe :)
Hi thanks for your comment, not much of a smoker myself. But I am not sure one can do both for the same piece of meat. But if I were to attempt I would slow cook first, reserve the liquid from the slow cooker, transfer to saucepan and reduce and thicken it, move the meat to the smoker (carefully it's gonna be very tender I am afraid it might break apart) and use the thickend sauce to constantly baste the meat while it's smoking. Make sure to keep enough to drizzle after when plating.good luck , let us know how it goes, please subscribe to our channel would mean alot to us :)
@@ElaineandGabriel Thanks, I have tried both ways. I think with the flat part of the brisket it is better to smoke first then put in the slow cooker with the sauce after, but the thick piece of brisket the other way around. I always prefer the point of the brisket in the kettle bbq. But I think it ill be even better in the slow cooker with sauce cause of all the juices
Hi, Oh that's nice! We went in mid- December. Before going the forecast was marking rain rain rain, but in reality we had scorching sunny days. The only rain we had was during the night and only lasted a couple of hours. Hope you found our Maldives review helpful, feel free to subscribe :)
I booked this resort, all inclusive, for February. I figured it might be worth it because of the drinks? We are going for 5 nights. What are your thoughts? I can still change it. I was debating on this resort or Dusit Thani, but Radisson seemed to have a good amount of activities, especially the whale shark activity.
I am not sure if the all inclusive allows you to dine at all the restaurants from their a la carte menus? If not I wouldn't recommend it. It also depends on how much you plan to drink :)
@ElaineandGabriel yeah, I feel like I plan to drink a modest amount, haha. I'm not sure what the average price of drinks are at the resort, but I'd imagine they aren't that cheap. And yes, you are correct about the food. All inclusive only allows you to have certain meals. Dining at specific restaurants and/or certain plates would be whatever the charge is for that. Did you ever go swimming from your room, via the stair into the ocean? I never see any photos or videos of anyone swimming outside their room.
We didn't take all inclusive and enjoyed very much dining at the different restaurants. All inclusive will probably be the buffet dinner which we tried on a couple of nights, but wasn't anything special. For us it was cheaper to just eat something from the al la carte menus. Yes I believe we have a video showing us going down into the water from the room stairs. Just be aware of the tide cause the water get very shallow when the tide goes out and exposes the corals of the reef.
Slow cooked for nearly 8 hours but candied up the outside nicely in the air fryer. When I finished it up in the air fryer I set the air fryer to 500 f. Each time I would thickly baste the meat in its own BBQ sauce for 3 minutes, repeating the process 3 times. I ended up with a delicately chared candied up crust before the meat had a chance to toughen up
Excellent recipe. I am doing another brisket with this recipe now. The only change I made is to have half the catchup and half homemade salsa. The texture is perrrfect! Thank you for sharing ❤
