Welcome to my music channel! Here you'll find content based on: - Guitar (accurate tabs, covers and lessons) - Singing - Original music and versions of songs
Right now the priority of the channel is on transcribing musics the best I can, should I change it by mixing more of other musical stuff I'll let you know.
Flávio Stapf, the creator of this channel, has been teaching guitar since 2009 and has also developed the love for transcribing music ever since. As a long time user of Guitar Pro (tab editor software) and perfectionist by nature he'll try his best to provide you with the most accurate guitar tabs.
Gran video amigo está fue una de las primeras canciones que aprendí en la guitarra acústica antes de tener la electrica la volveré a estudiar espero que sigas sacando más canciones saludos desde 🇨🇴
This is notated wrong. The riff starts on beat 4, not beat 1. It took me a while to get this done down on drums because I was making the same mistakes.
Hello Michael, I see what you mean but the TAB and tempo is indeed correct, the strange thing that happens which you're mentioning is the fact that the drums kicks in an off-beat tempo during this verse instead of on-beat, it's more of a feeling than anything else since you'll start the drums at the same time as the song though, try hearing this beat at the upbeat of your foot instead of on-beat, see how it goes, hope this helps 😊
@@FlavioStapf The tab is correct except that it's all off by 1/4 note. Feeling it the way you have it notated puts the snare/cross stick on 1 and 3 instead of 2 and 4. It also puts the entrance to the chorus in the and of 1 instead of the and of 4. The song just makes considerably more sense from a composition perspective if the guitar part starts on 4z
@@michaelmiradezandband I see your point, and it kinda makes sense on the drums point of view, maybe the drummer feel was towards that... but it's not how the whole song structure works, if you see my whole tab (full vid) you'll see that the way I wrote makes up everything nice and clean 4/4 and the chorus entrance is right on beat 1... the way you described it now THAT would make the end of verse ending on a 3/4 to make up for the chorus because it all started 1 beat earlier, also, if you hear the bips before the song start you'll notice a clean "1,2,3,4" count on the slow and last beeps and the guitar starts right on after it, not on 4, a good song which is similtar to what you're putting in here for me is on One by Metallica, although the guitar+the song starts normal on upbeat it brings me a personal feeling of the guitar starting off-beat (I got it, not off-beat for stellar but 1 beat earlier as you're saying) anyway hope my answer doesn't sound rude, just trying to elucidade my thoughts on it, cheers and thank you for sharing your opinion of it 🙂
@@FlavioStapf The chorus, if you count the palm muted pick up, also starts on beat 4, so there's no need for a bar of 3/4. Everything in Stellar starts on beat 4. There are two real indicators that feeling it that way is the correct way. The chorus, which is the most straightforward section, makes the makes the most sense with the snare on 2 and 4, and all of the accents come on the ands 4 and 2. Your way puts those accents on the ands of 1 and 3. Also, your way has the song end on the and of 1, whereas ending on the and of 4 (an anticipation) makes much more sense.
@@michaelmiradezandband You convinced me, yeah truly, thinking on the drums accents make much more sence this way... I really wasn't paying attention to what the drums really were doing, now you made me look at it more closely. It's one of THOSE songs where all the parts are "antecipated", too bad that for writing the tab gotta write everything with alternative endings instead of the simple "twice this twice that", can't make it that clean :( but you're right mate, thanks for correcting me, I'm really glad we had this conversation!! 👊👊👊 Ohhh now I hate that "1234" beep right before the song starts now, guess it was what really tricked me into it! 🤣
Hello Tito! In the near-future I'll be releasing all these tabs through members/patreon kind of thing, I hope you do understand this decision! 🙏 Take care my friend 👊
Exactly, you're right! Haha, I was in doubt if they played it that way or not after I just recorded, turns out it's really all downpick like most punk songs, but since I usually don't play punk that's what happened :P, well at least it's more beginner friendly for some of the more casual guitar players around!
Awesome to know you're coming back into guitar! Welcome back to the guitar world my friend, hope some of my videos help you back on track with playing some awesome tunes, slay'em JY! 👊
