F.R.O.G. "Fully rely on God." I'm praying that He wraps you in his loving arms to help you through the tough times. Your hair will come back even more beautiful than before. Don't be surprised if it is curly and the shine is awsome.! Praying 🙏
Wow, that's a pretty pattern, not something I'm quite ready for, as a beginner, but I'm looking forward to doing a pattern like this some day. :D Thanks for sharing it and the others that go with it. I look forward to watching them. :D God bless you and your wonderful family. Have an awesome day! :D
This is hard stuff. I had 16 cycles of chemo after a bi-lateral mastectomy. I also was on herceptin for a year. I managed 33 doses of radiation without too much difficulty, I hope you will be able to say the same. I missed my eyebrows and eyelashes more than the hair on my head, I loved rubbing my bald head. That was 14 years ago. Not only was there post traumatic stress there was also post traumatic growth, a lot of growth. Be kind to yourself. And thanks for all the broom videos!
I love these videos. I got the kit for my birthday and even though this is my first woven basket, I’m flying right through it because your videos are so helpful!!! I want to ask about the colored strap on the one on the right in the video. Is it just ribbon sewn on the webbing? If so how wide is the ribbon and where did you get it? I love this look!
So glad that the videos are helping you. Just a heads up this set of videos and most of the others are being re-located to our Patreon site. Ribbon and fabrics change quickly and this one is no longer available I"m afraid as that photo is quite old. I no longer offer the ribbon on harness as I got tired of the color scheme they were offering and it's quite expensive to purchase.
It is funny how when the hair goes, you really get to see peoples eyes. And yours are beautiful. ❤ For what it’s worth, I am so proud of you hanging in there. Sometimes that’s the only thing you can and the only way through. Just stay with it, stay on it. Hang in there. So glad to know, you have an awesome support network. ❤
You got this lady! You have taught me and so many others your craft. I am forever grateful for you sharing your knowledge and "no bull shit" way of explaining things. You have built a community of makers. You may not see our faces or know us personally, but we are cheering you on!❤
I know what it feels like to have it done. I use to think of it as a band of little guys would go in and fight it. Plus I prayed a lot and put myself in God’s hands. I’m praying for you asking Our Lady and Her Son Jesus to wrap there arms around you for complete healing. God Bless you
Praying for healing and comfort from the Holy Spirit. I love your basket weaving classes. You explain everything and show me how so wonderfully! Thank you! You're a blessing!
