Sitting here in the Czech Republic, Central Europe. This wax is not being sold here. I heard the references and I asked my buddy to bring me some from the US. The wax (Bone Crusher in my case) is nothing to compare here. No crumbs after the long day of usage. Easy to put on. No weird smell. Easy to wash down. It holds incredibly strong. It is nice to feel from this video that we, the moustache guys, are one huge family all around. Thank you for the Death Grip wax. It is definitely something I was looking for and I got more than what I have expected. Cheers!
Thank you so much! Glad you were able to get some of the Bone Crusher via your friend. We have been working hard for over 2 years to be compliant with the EU and are getting close to completing the process.
Warm water and shampoo will work but we recommend using our Night Fury mustache wax remover oil. Wax is oil soluble so the oil helps break down the wax and makes it way easier to remove. Thanks!
You gotta let it all grow out at least 5 months, you'll know by then for sure.. better to let the entire beard grow out so you dont cut some of the corner hairs off prematurely....you wont know which hairs near the corner of your mouth and cheek form up the ends of the handlebar. Dont trim above the lip just keep tucking them underneath the mustache as its growing and comb them to the sides. You can trim it all down to a similar level of hair and then grow it or you can grow it from whatever length you have it at right now. But beard is key.
@@DeathGripWax Thank you guys! Had a beard for years. Saw your video, ordered some wax and shaved it into a moustache the same day. The only issue I’m having is that I get little clumps in it sometimes. Am I using to much? Or do I need to add more heat? If you guys are ever throwing a gig in the UK I shall be there !!
@@pirateguy4673 Wow, that's awesome! I would make sure you are heating it up and keeping it warm while applying. Be sure to comb through and evenly distribute as well. Cheers!
These were never widely available. But we do have some other ones in the works. The new ones will be for the brotherhood guys who are making it to events like Nationals and Worlds though.
How are you applying and how much? It should definitely hold strong for a long while. Please shoot me an email at deathgripwax@vintagegrooming.com and I'll get you taken care of. Thanks!
Fantastic question! We highly recommend using our Night Fury mustache wax remover oil for the easiest way to remove the wax. Wax is oil soluble so Night Fury will help break down the mustache wax for easier removal. Put a few drops in your mustache, let it sit for a minute, then wash your mustache, rinse thoroughly, and comb out any remaining wax. Cheers!
We would not recommend trimming the middle. Your mustache grows from the middle out so if you trim the middle now, you will be lacking length and fullness down the road. Train it with a comb and wax and stay patient while it grows out.
@@andrewconcannon9682 Which wax? With our extra strong hold waxes it is important to warm the wax before and throughout the applying process. Make sure it is pliable and use a comb to evenly distribute the wax throughout the mustache.
best wax i’ve used is pinaud. one of the cheapest so people dismiss it but it’s been going strong for almost 20 years for a reason. awesome wax with such little effort. no blow dryer needed
Haven't used that but have heard of it. Most important thing is finding a way you love and that works for you. Our waxes that require a heat source are for serious mustaches only so it's not usual an issue for those who use it.
We recommend using our Night Fury Mustache Wax remover oil for getting all of our waxes out of your mustache. If you don't have any, some warm water, mild soap, or a beard/mustache wash will do the trick.
