Absolutely worst customer service and experience. It feels like they are running a scam business. I ordered a few bulk items and paid advance for it, which they said they would send the items within a day. After 2 weeks, the people didn't even send us anything, never called us and also, we had to call them 100 times throughout to even get any response from them. After hours of calling them constantly and almost begging them to give my advance back, they finally paid it back because they didn't want to deal with my incessant calling. and not to forget they even threatened me to not pay me back and also said that I can bring cops and whoever and come back to their shop to take my advance back. extremely horrible and lazy people, especially Hussain and his brother (whoever he is.. if he even exists). NEVERRRR ORDERR FROM THEMMM!!!!!! ABSOLUTEEEE SCAAAAMMMMMM!!!!
The rudest and the most unprofessional crockery shop in Hyderabad . They took advance and wasted my time for weeks. Then they would not pay me back for days.
