A great physical therapist can help you figure out why you got injured, teach you exercises and techniques to reduce pain and help you recover from your injury, as well as guide and motivate you to safely improve your strength and mobility. A physical therapist will also teach you about the mechanics of your gait and of your sport, valuable information to help speed your recovery and protect you from further injury.

THIS SQUEEZING OF THE SHOULDER BLADES can be a problematic instruction. It is often misunderstand and can produce more harm than good...but that being said, this was well explained and demonstrated. Thank you.
Could you show these stretches for very very very flexible people. For instance when I do the straight leg stretch I can bring my knee down to my chest. I DO NOT FEEL ANY STRETCH. I'm 73 year old.
