Hi everyone! Welcome to our podcast 'Mindkshetra Talks: Lost in Translation.'
We are Rupa & Riti - a mother/daughter duo who are of South Asian Origin who are Indian-Australians living in Sydney. We are using this podcast as our voice to unpack generational topics, through the lens of mental health and wellbeing, that are often lost in translation within our South Asian community.

Congratulations on your first podcast! Rupa and Rithi, thank you for discussing the topic of primary school. It is relevant to many of us with children in that age range. Peer pressure is a concern for kids, and some tutors from coaching classes may suggest that if your child does not perform well on exams, that kid and you as a parent have nowhere to turn and have lost everything. While exams are important, they are not the END of a child's learning journey. Thank you for sharing your experiences on this topic.
