Nice video but it wasn’t into details. I mean the amount of ratio of water to the corn dough for the aflata, the ratio of raw corn dough to the prepared aflata which will be transferred into the kenkey wrappers etc…

If the feed screw is made from cast Aluminium, yes the chipped or worn Aluminium particles from continual grinding will contaminate the cassava / plantain. Kindly use stainless steel (food grade) as food grade requirement
