The guy doing the interview made it difficult to understand with his constant interruptions. Like he needed to show us how clever he was too. I turned it off.
Choline from eggs or liver is a common deficiency. Optimal brain function is directly connected to eggs - choline. Real grass fed butter can help activate the gallbladder to increase bile flow. Red meat and desiccated liver capsules are excellent sources of B vitamins and zinc - copper and lipoic acid. Liver is one of the best sources of folate and B vitamins. Many fast food places refuse to serve eggs after a certain time and many skip breakfast. CoQ10 is especially helpful. Astaxanathin. Magnesium. Mineral water. Most are deficient in collagen - glycine. Acetyl L carnitine plus tyrosine or phenylalanine will help. Mega dose D3 + k2mk7 DHEA + pregnenolone + zinc. Melatonin NAC + glycine + taurine Iodine + selenium Thyroid glandular. Mixed organ capsules.
Had a coworker think he was getting enough fiber if his crap floated in the toilet. He would finish taking a shit and talk about his latest results. LOL.
Years ago I kept getting muscle cramps. I would wake up in the middle of the night with leg cramps. I would get cramps in my leg while driving. Cramps from simply laughing. I would eat bananas and drink a lot of overpriced SmartWater. Nothing worked until a co-worker suggested I take magnesium. It worked immediately. I went from getting nightly leg cramps to none at all with just one dose.
Love listening to you - it’s always good🤩 I have swallowed all minerals and essential nutrients for many many yrs, because if our shitty soil I am thriving. I have all the tests done you talk about . I feel amazing. I also have weight trained for over 30 yrs . I am 57 now 💪🏼 Hormone replacement is also just a given 🎉🎉🎉🎉
I now research the crap out of any issues I have. Doctors HATE AN EDUCATED PATIENT. Reminds me of mechanics. They know we have no idea what’s under the hood. Until now!
Doctors love this disease because it triggers many other problems which keeps them in business. I never view a doctor as honest anymore since I was misdiagnosed with a seizure disorder at age 23…was hospitalized for a week with 106 fevers and entire body rash. that guy lost his license. Another said I had ALS…again wrong. Turned out to be Multiple Sclerosis which I still believe is false. I’d say Hoshimotos Encephalitis is more like it. Every time I come home from an office visit, I have a completely new disease!
So by eliminating gluten with Hoshimotos…this will finally aid in weight loss? Can somebody please cut the crap and tell us how to achieve this? Doctors don’t test for this…endocrinologists do this. Three months later…only lost 6 pounds? I’m a retired fitness trainer….its not my diet or exercise. I need a definitive answer this year.
Thank you, Dr. Hyman for all your content and fighting a good fight! I have been following you for years and have learned so much from you. Your content is a resource I use with my clients 💗🕊️
Excellent!....One thing I'd like to hear more of is a video about triglycerides/cholesterol...and the FH that is in my family (French Canadian which is in my genes). I am on statins, 66 years old, and try very hard with food since I was tested a year ago, positive (as many in my family) could you talk about it? Many people have it and don't know (I was so high, I was tested, do all the right things, but would love your opinions!) thanks!
I am presently working on my fatty liver disease with castor oil packs and vitamin E. My doctor didn’t believe it would work until he saw my last scan results that showed a marked reduction in a 1 month period. He isn’t going to recheck the scans for another 8 to 10 months since it has improved so much.
My wife has lupus. Diagnosed in her mid 20s, she's now 30 and reliant on the drugs. Her diet is atrocious, junk food, high fat processed foods, vegetable oil, salt, sugar... Never eats fresh fruit and vegetables, doesn't exercise. She won't listen to me and change her ways. So I'm just hoping she'll be alright but I'm bracing myself for the worse in the future. High dose drugs aren't the long term answer to lupus. The doctor needs to scare a healthy lifestyle into her, but they don't!

Have you covered the life-altering side effects of Fluoroquinolone antibiotics such as Cipro and Levaquin?? I know numerous people whose lives have been forever changed by this black-box labeled pharmaceutical... including myself!
Not going to watch, I’ve had IBS for 35 years. Nothing and I mean nothing has ever helped. Been tested for celiac, nope. There is no food that triggers it. Just wanted to leave a comment.
Everyone’s daily schedule and metabolism is different. Eat real satiating foods not processed foods and your body will tell when it’s time to eat! It’s not that complicated when you feed your body right. ❤️
