Dear Dan. I got a copy of your book behemoth and I have a few questions if you’ll find the time to answer 🙂. I’ve noticed that most throwers do quite a bit of jumping yet it’s not included in your program (besides diamond bar jumps), do you jump on off days or have you found that cleans and snatches work on your explosiveness enough? Since program is 5 days when do you practice throws? Closest highland game to my location is about 3-4 hour drive away from my place (different country even) and the next closest is 8 hours away so sadly I don’t have much hope to be able to enjoy the sport, I still love to throw for fun though, but I still want to compete in something strength related, and in my country basically the only option is powerlifting (no olympic weightlifting gym near me, and strongman doesn't exist either), so I was wondering if I could incorporate deadlift into your program so it could prepare me for powerlifting meet while still getting benefits for my throws, and if I could split the back day as supersets between bench and overhead day cause I can't go to the gym more then 4 days a week (became a father recently, new job, closing and opening time of the gym)? And finally, one of the chapters is titled: You aren’t a mathematician, so don’t train like one. Well… I actually am a mathematician… so now do I have to train like a mathematician or is it still okay to train like you prescribed? (Sorry couldn’t help to make this joke 😂). If you’ll read through this word snake and find the time to answer I thank you in advance. 😁

Maybes its the distance, but i love when my neighbors make noise 😂 and vice versa I go out and light off rounds, they get jealous and start lighting some off too 😂 Its like an orchestra no matter the time of day shits beautiful
Yep, ever since i moved out of my childhood home, ive lived in my home for 14 years. Only spoke to my next door neighbor twice. And it was just pleasantries, not conversations
