Hopefully you can give me some insight on what's going on with my heels. I keep getting cracks on my heels. I've tried everything to fix them when I do remove the callus if I don't stay on top of it they crack in the same spots. The problem I have now is no matter what my heels have a dirty look like hyperpigmentation has happened. Is it just trapped dirt? Don't know how to make it look normal again.
The best advice would be to approach the heel with care. If you are in pain and the heels are bleeding, i would suggest you get a cream from your local pharmacy that will start healing the wounds. As long as there are not bleeding cracks you may apply the tonic solution.
