Red sea Cold ? when i went in 2016 in July, the red sea was like being in a hot tub, then again it was 41 degrees in day and 39 at night lol, going again in March 2025 , last time was Palm Beach Hotel, this time its Caves Beach, this will be the 9th time to Egypt in 18 years 7 times crusing the nile and all the sites and twice to Hurghada
Cairo isn't for the fate hearted. The tipping situation is hardcore. They want tips for nothing, You have to ignore them or tell them no bakeesh! Giza was bad, we took a train to luxor and everything was calm. Watch out for the oils they sell. It can be very pricey, and they burnt my skin, so use carrier oil.
We found it difficult to try and get currency in the UK but once you’re there, they have a lot of places you can exchange money. Our hotel had the machine that did it and it was a good rate. Didn’t get questioned when arriving no
Btw can you tell what is your camera and lens? Because the quality of the video is just magical. Or make a video about the gear you use. Would be a pleasure to watch for me personally and learn something useful.
I would do a video, however it’s just an iPhone 15 pro max I am using, some of my videos have used a GoPro, but this was all iPhone. I am practicing using the different modes, e.g. action mode, cinematic etc
I AM so glad to be a subscriber NUMBER 101 because I feel that this channel is going SOMEWHERE. AWESOME places. Wish there was SOMETHING that could be seen on a budget. I live in Poland and intend to film major cities of it traveling by a bicycle and public transport WHICH is relatively cheap. Also hoping to see some of it together with my beatiful dogs. Have a HAPPY, productive new year. Fruitful time that we can see on the screen and enjoy. Keep up the good work because seing is believing I hope that watching the travels will satisfy the viewers hunger and they will slow down polluting the environemnt. Heyy, thank you so much for the support and feedback. 2023 was definitely more of a budget year in terms of travel for myself. I have a few more videos filmed in Ireland due to be coming out over the next couple of weeks, 1 of them being cycling around Belfast. I am definitely trying to get more knowledgeable around the areas I travel and less monotone, hopefully comes with experience 🙂 Hope you had a good new years!
Lovely informative vid i am travelling with a 4yr old would you say it was a good location and getting round? Was Uber reliable and did you not consider seeing the pyramids?
Uber was very cheap, I would say it is easy to use the app as long as you have internet. Our hotels WiFi wasn’t the best and I used the mobile data SIM card I had. I did see the pyramids (I posted a video on it) but I do not recommend due to the scams that take place there unfortunately. There’s some lovely places around Hurghada though
Good enjoyable videos but very naive and questionable decisions, so much tourist security around pyramids just shout for help, signing documents to say you lost the money to get it over with😮then why take all the trouble to complain??

This is a camel, and he can carry more than this weight . Maybe it is dangerous for the rider because he needs good balance when the camel is getting up and down. Don't bother yourself with the camel, and stop being rude to humans

You're right mate, egipt is all a scam, I'm in Hurugada right now and I'm flying back to London tomorrow morning,, and boy i have stories to tell.. anyway I'm never coming back to egipt... the land of scamers.
We took an early flight around 8am and got a 10pm flight back. I’d recommend doing a DIY flight as the packages from Hurghada would have cost double than doing a DIY flight
Great video! What time was your flight to and from Cairo from Hurghada and did you have enough time there? We are going to Hurghada at Easter and are wondering whether to book a package trip to Cairo by plane or do it DIY and book the flight ourselves and hire a tour guide in Cairo.

I downloaded the normal uber app. The prices were very cheap. e.g. £7 (UK) to go 40 minutes down the road. I purchased 2 sims there as I got scammed for a sim card at the airport. Best buying a sim from a hotel or normal shop
