Call me crazy but I think it’s because the game is rigged. Engagement optimised matchmaking at work. The matchmaking and happenings of the game in general are far more manipulative than people realise. This used to happen to me in arms race on vangaurd. In which mode players have armour. Using a one shot sniper I would get multiple hit markers on someone if I killed them over and over. Btw not the gun that hun was broken and never got fixed. Explosive gorenko would one shot even in the toes.
