Nachdem ganze Scharen vieler guter, verdienter Mitarbeiter WITTENSTEIN in den letzten Jahren verlassen haben (und das auch noch von einigen SGEs gezielt befördert wurde, um Personalkosten zu senken), gibt es jetzt offenbar ein neues Firmen-Programm: Nicht etwa "Win back Customer!", sondern "Win back Employee!". Die Verzweifelung muss wirklich groß sein, wenn man solche Videos macht.

why dont you put teeth on the outer diameter of the ring and add another planetary to move the same speed so the outer planetary is bigger and it makes a 1 to 1 ratio increase torque why didnt anyone put teeth on the outer diameter of the ring

incredibly misleading, this is equivalent to the "Harmonic Drive" also known as a "Strain Wave" gearbox. nothing mind blowing or new about this. (yes im aware there are mechanical diferences betwween the two but nothing revolutionary) dont get me wrong, cool product. but NOT world changing or future tech. this is just a bunch of hype advertising

Es sieht so aus als ob die flächen aneinander reiben. Sorgt das nicht für einen deutlich erhöhen Verschleiß. Warum macht ihr nicht einfach ein Vergleichsvideo mit nem Harmonic drive der selben Baugröße? Wäre doch schön zu sehen wie es das zerlegt.

For the Innovative Assembly method “INIRA” we have a special tool to adjust the rack joint. In case of the standard assembly we recommend to adjust the rack with cooper stick and hammer.

Aber die Berührungspunkte der Nocke sind linienhaft, die der Wälzlager auch ! Die Nocke schleift, es gibt Verluste. Ein jedes Ding für seinen Zweck, hat es schon Anwendungen in der Robotik gefunden ?

The IDS is in general very flexible regarding different materials and their reflectivity. Anyhow, to provide a good and stable measurement the surface quality must be appropriately high. Viel zu hoher , sinnloser Verschleiß , Wirksamkeitsverluste durch Wärmeentwicklung , Spielfreiheit nicht machbar , um nur 3 Widersprüchlichkeiten zu nennen . Der Preis dürfte weit jenseits eines Stirnradgetriebes liegen . Schrägverzahnte Stirnradgetriebe bieten ein äußerst geringes Spiel . Da will jemand die Katze im Sack verkaufen .

Das Getriebe schafft Übersetzungen bis zu 1:320 bei hohen übertragbaren Momenten. Alle anderen Getriebe die gerade annährend in die Richtung kommen, sind durch ihre übertragbaren Momente begrenzt. Natürlich ist das Stirnradgetriebe günstiger, aber um an diese Übersetzung dran zu kommen, brauchst du seeehr viele Getriebestufen mit riesigen Zahnrädern, was auch nicht zu den besten Kosten und Wirkungsgrad führt, ganz zu schweigen von der Bauraum Einsparung.

Hallo Fisch Mops , ich zweifle nicht die Verwendbarkeit dieses Getriebes an . Hier wird meiner Meinung nach aber mit Dingen geworben , die nicht erbracht werden oder werden können . Die Schwächen von Stirnradgetrieben sind hinlänglich bekannt . Es versucht aber auch niemand , sie hinweg zu reden oder durch offensichtliche Unwahrheiten darüber hinweg zu täuschen .

Schönes Video. Doch jetzt verstehe ich auch, warum die Menschheit immer noch so zurück geblieben ist, wie sie ist! Ja, damit meine ich die Personen, die hier am Werken und Arbeiten, evtl. auch Jobben sind! Schön auf Zwang aufgebaut, wie auch das Zwangsplanetengetriebe! Und diese Erfinder, sind dabei soooo stolz auf ihre Erfindungen, die meistens in Kriegen, physischer und psychischer Ebenen enden! Ist nicht böse gemeint, doch wenn die Erd-, Mond- und Sonnenbilder falsch sind, dann ist auch das Planetengetriebe, so was von Hinterweltlerisch falsch, dass die vor H-Underten von Jahren gelegten Schienen, kaum Entwicklungsweichen genommen haben! Die Entwicklung, sogar lieber schnell von uns gewichen ist! Als die Erde errichtet oder geschaffen wurde, sind die Menschen for(s)tschrittlicher gewesen! Vor allem respektvoller! Jedoch habe ich festgestellt, wenn ich sowas loslasse, dann gibt's immer Steinwürfe, wie feige Brückensteinwerfer! Liebe Grüße an Alle

Dear Wittenstein Group, You did not show clearly "A small part of this beam is reflected to the detector, to provide a copy of the original laser signal so that precise comparisons can be made to the reflected signal." Please separate your instruction and teaching from your sales and marketing. It has to be reliable, but many people are on RU-vid to learn. They are the future users of your products and the ones who will help change industries. And new partners towards your goals. Just making money will pale. I think you are motivated also by providing the best and most cost effective and reliable tools. This could use laser diodes which already contain their own reference beams for monitoring and controlling power. So the cost of the unit and more importantly the size, cost and reliability can be made to fit a wider number of applications and uses. For every place that uses this continuously, there are ten thousand who have occasional needs. If those are real people in the video, it seems you have bright and thoughtful people, who want to help others. When you partner with your customers in fulfilling their goals, that is better for society as a whole than just selling things and leaving the users to work blindly. Every task in the world has some part of global processes which ultimately assure the survival of the human species. You do not have to keep that all in mind all the time, but is every customer knowledgeable and helping others? Remember the impact of integrating the supply chains? Now look forward to what happens after the products leave your factories. People do not buy a sensor to just have one. It fits into their projects, goals and processes. And THEY, in turn, also have customers they are trying to serve. If you trace it completely, it comes back to human survival, and quality of life for everyone. Sorry to explain so much, but I am trying to organize the Internet so that Covid can be dealt with effectively and once and for all. Only a tiny fraction of global organizations have even tried to look at their supply chains. Few demand quality from suppliers in supply processes. Almost no one demands of themselves the quality and reliability they would hope from their suppliers. And almost no one is really partnering as equals with their customers, and following everything their products affect. The massive duplication and poor organization of things mostly thrown on the web is a serious part of the problem. Corporations can barely keep track of what they are doing, let alone try to understand all of their customers and suppliers, partners and competitors, markets, and everyone and everything connected. It CAN be done. I am looking at all the educational networks for scientific and technical systems. Whole new industries are going to transform society in the coming years. You are trying to use videos to reach people, but nothing has a single impact. But you can do more. Stop. Spend time every day just listening to your hearts and memories about what you are here on earth for. Is your whole corporation using its resources to help others? This reflection interferometer is really an elegant and beautiful approach to measuring distances. I think you have a couple of powers of a thousand on the upside in precision. Into Pico and Femto. But it looks big and expensive, not very portable when setting up and conducting measurements where time is essential. And not open for people to add new algorithms and signal processing to make and share improvement. Not sure of the data coming out of the instrument, but my guess is you made a stab at what people want, then stopped to sell things. But if you have your whole community of users helping to make improvements, and you provide the manufacturing and supply, they can continue to improve, and you can help more industries world-wide and in space to succeed. You can provide live, continuous and archived data streams from your sensors to teach schools and individuals how to use the data from your instruments. A piece of hardware is nothing. The data and its derivatives are what is used to make decisions, to guide and refine. I am quit serious. I have traced out most every global sensor community. @@WITTENSTEIN_group Glad it was useful. This type of interferometric distance sensor has many uses, but the marketplace is disorganized. In Internet Foundation terms, the "global community" related to "reflection interferometers" is a mess. What I mean is that there are many people using it, but they are all working independently on basic theory, applications, and especially understanding of user needs. Particularly, the education and mentoring of new people, not only in formal schools, but the many who get out into work or retired, and then realize they need something like that - could be improved. "reflection interferometers" OR "reflection interferometer" gives 3870 entry points on google just now. That is big enough to start a common node so those people can all work together. ("interferometers" OR "interferometer") "reflection" is at 1.66 Million entry points. So the market for "reflection interferometer" is likely much larger. In 22 years of reviewing this kind of community, and its growth, most groups keep their sights too small. Exploring and mapping communities and connections, which should be a fundamental starting point for any market research and development, is best done at the beginning, and then nurtured and encouraged. I have looked at precise measurement methods in great detail and breadth, because it is so fundamental to development of new industries. The limitation is mostly in sensitivity of the photodetector and in the ADCs and algorithms for digital processing, storage and sharing of digital data. I have got to go. RU-vid does not encourage or support collaboration, and has no way to share content other than videos. I told them they were hurting themselves and society from being so narrow. How does this compare to a cycloidal reducer? It appears to me to be the same principle, except for the straight edge contact points vs rounded on the cycloidal?

Thank you for your question. Both technologies are used to transmit power with a rotary movement. The main difference lies within all the teeth with a novel geometry to get a lager surface contact for the power transmission.

@@WITTENSTEIN_group I get that, but from what I can see, there's *less* contact area with the Galaxie teeth than with a standard Cycloid reducer. It just depends on the thickness of the plates / teeth.

@@DuncanAitken The special novel geometry allows us to use almost the whole surface area of each single teeth. In comparison the cycloidal gearbox has only a line contact between the parts. In addition with galaxie we always have 80% of the teeth in contact to increase the total surface area to a maximum. @@WITTENSTEIN_group Can you explain how more surface area on a couple of teeth matters? Most teeth fail at the root because the transferred force was too large, not at the face. Cycloidals have no stress concentrations in their geometries an therefore can withstand massive torques.

Ist es nicht andersrum? Drehzahl wird um 10 verringert und Drehmoment dadurch um das 10 fache erhöht. (gehe jetzt einmal von keiner Drehmomentsbegrenzung aus)
