What people don't understand is Frog had recently been diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer and the prognosis was not good. He needed to secure the financial saftey of his ungrateful pregnant wife and handicapable son.
This film was amazing and so sad. My mother taped it off Channel 4 and we watched it together, we were in floods of tears holding each other at the end. I didn't realise at the time she was trying desperately to tell me she thought this was going to happen to me if I had kept on doing the shit I was doing.
