Olá tenho a alertar que se o que estão a laccar é o acabamento de laca final é mau trabalho ,porque as portas não conseguem ter oxigénio por estarem muito perto uma das outras e o material pode ferver criando microbulhagem além de estarem muito perto do chão , na minha opinião estão a fazer um péssimo trabalho
I don't see how you can handle a dolor that's wet on both sides t begin with. Not to mention how You slide it into such narrow space in the drying rack. You didn't demonstrate that.
Painters need to stick to walls and trim. You are NOT professional refinishers! Stop screwing with jobs you have no business doing! Your gun is ridiculous as well.
As the paint loads on those rods from successive sprays, it will run down the rods resulting in a mess where the rods contact the doors. Same goes for the 'handlers' as they are used. All contact points would need to be cleaned after each coat.
I’d like to see the finished product before I believe there’s no rack marks…I’ve painted a lot of doors and I’m not sure I’d go this route just to save time…😬
I saw your ad on a RU-vidrs channel I watch. I had to freeze the ad to even find any name of your company to Google. If you're spending money on those ads you might want to put your company name on there and the way to contact you. The shelves block what looks like you intended to be your contact info.
You must be using a water based product. Cuz you can't use lacquer and hope that you're not going to leave marks where you touch the wet lacquer with the rack.
Yo soy pintor de la vieja escuela el sistema se mira bien. Pero para mi es una perdida de tiempo pintar solo un lado de las puertas y volver a ensuciar mi maquina. Yo puedo y e sprayado 60 puertas en menos de 2 Hrs logico primero se prepara antes, cubrir ect ect y el segundo dia le pongo la segunda pasada y bummmmm se acabo. Para mas imformacion Sigan viendo 😁😆
The spray station would be completely covered with overspray after one job. The paddles he's lifting with would be covered with a buildup of paint after a couple doors. How many kitchen jobs have a full rack of doors that are that close in size. When you start your second coat the next day you would have to move all the doors out of the rack to start at the bottom again or have two racks.
Exactly this. This system wont work for the reasons u stated plus the rack is still touching the doors! When it dries you will still have small blemishes that wouldnt be acceptable for a high end kitchen. Using the hinge holes to hang it is the only way.
Nice, but I don’t understand why you’d place the door on those pins after freshly painting it? Instead, I’d place the screws onto a “pin holder” thus eliminating the need to suspend the door on the door itself.
