Dunno I play every day and have a great time. I'm not sure what it is that people don't like about the game. I wish maybe ranged wasn't as strong and barbs got nerfed but other than that I like it. Seems like they're gonna wipe for Steam next fest or shortly after so you've got less than a month to go.
I don't think there is a single person left enjoying this wipe. It's so frustrating because it's a unique game with great potential. being held back by it's own devs. Tragic really...
i've done hundreds of troll runs assuming 600g in treasure a run + 1 troll pelt and 1 trolls blood every 5 runs and a mystical gem every 50 runs (this is what i think the drop rates are based on my experience unsure if im lucky or unlucky), the value of a high roller cave troll comes out to 1670g per run this is on the low end too as it doesn't count any gear drops and always assumes you only get 600g in treasure (seems to be a decent average even though you get 100-200 more most the time). Anyway i got tired of troll and moved on to cyclops im making nowhere near as much money but i feel the potential is insane most people who kill troll either don't check the door to cyclops or by the time they do i've already looted the center room and am long gone haven't found anything too great in there but it definitely has potential. Also i've done a few runs where i do both bosses myself due to empty lobbies I don't recommend it at all if you guys are trying to only make money just spam troll.
you can get a third stab on his head when he slams his left hand down if you jump while he is standing back up. You can also get a third stab when he does the single handed wide overhand if you get the timing down if you jump up and follow his head when he's standing back up!
i always die to these combo hits from troll but he doesnt seem to do that in ur video, like when he attacks 2 times out of a sudden. its a wide swing which u can maybe jump but i died sometimes with jump too
Depends what class you are playing but usually if you jump then crouch you should be able to dodge it. But the reason it doesn’t combo me is simply because I spaced out well enough. When he does the leg sweep attack you have to wait a little bit (until his arm starts heading down) until you start going back in or he will instantly combo again.
ur talking about the overhead swing just never push into troll to attack until his arm is at his side or he does a slam. those are the only times he wont do a follow up attack. If ur talking about the swing after the scream you have to crouch jump it and it's pretty difficult to do.

Spear is most definitely my favorite weapon at the moment. It is insane at spacing out people and if you have a skill that lets you back up you are pretty much invincible. Since the new patch made it easier to get learning tokens I have cooked up a new build! Hopefully its going to be a banger video.
Ranger originally has the perk Spear Proficiency but you can go the route of Weapon Mastery from fighter. Although, you wouldn't be getting the 7 physical power from Spear Proficiency and would be losing 10% damage if you picked up Weapon Mastery.

Been grinding levels to get more multiclass options available. Recorded a bunch of vids yesterday of a new combo I cooked up and I’m going to release it today!
