Hello Ron I purchased a new engine computer for my 2003 Chevy Express van however the injectors are not firing but the new computer is not showing any codes therefore I cannot diagnose the problem. Can you help?
I am replacing a generation 1 3.5 Ecoboost engine in my 2013 Ford F150 with a 2020 generation 2 engine out of a 2020 Ford Expedition. I have both vehicles PCM's. Can yiu reprogram either one to be able to run the new engine with the old gear ox and instrument cluster. Time if message 10/10/2023 18:48
@tylersingley3054 I just took mine out for a race, and was wondering why there was this high, pitched clucking sound. Turns out, one of my crew duct taped a rubber chicken to the tailpipe. This leads to a very important racing tip: do the circle check BEFORE you race!🤣

We literally did, and as noted in the description "we are comparing the differences between 3 different kinds of ECM's" and "the way that we reprogram them in-house." which involves either a chip, or the SCT scanner. If you were looking for a how-to video on how to reprogram these ECM's, perhaps you need to look elsewhere or read the descriptions a bit better so as not to be confused.
@@RonFrancisWiring so let me be clear wisdom has been chasing you but you've always been faster. Yes you did say the word reprogramming multiple times but not once did you say this is how you can reprogram your ECM all you said was we do it in-house we do it in-house we do it in-house. So f*** off
Have a 1990 Oldsmobile toronado Trofeo and it has the ECM which is right now out of my car. I'd like to remove anything about the catalytic converter which I don't know if it does already or not and I would like to know if you guys can change programs. This car has a TV screen and that displays graphical information and it's a touch screen. Is that something you guys can do like to bring it more modern can you put a GPS addition to it? Because currently it has a compass and tells you Northwest and that kind of stuff it looks like where the old flight simulator programs. But couldn't you add in a GPS circuit to that. Let me know
Hi. On your ECM, we cannot do any kind of reprogramming to give you what you're looking for. Since your vehicle is a 1990 we would caution you that tampering with any kind of emissions, like deleting catalytic converters, may cause your vehicle to no longer pass local or state emissions tests. With regards to the updating of your screen with newer features that is something that we do not deal with. The fact that your vehicle is from 1990, we suspect that you will be extremely limited in what you can do with that existing display.
Hi Michael, this harness will not work if you are using a 94 Mustang engine. The TDZ harness covers 85-93 Mustang engines. For a 94 mustang engine you would need to use our MG-90 harness.
An alleged mechanic tore apart my ECM wiring harness in my 88 Mustang speed density 5.0, then gave up on the car and left me with a rat's nest of wiring to fix. I just want a new harness. I know this harness is designed for a swap into an older car, but will this also work as a replacement for a butchered stock 88 Mustang ECU harness? Or do you offer a replica stock ECU harness for sale? I couldn't find one on your site.

Our MG-91 harness is what you would need for that engine combination. We would also need to know what transmission along with a few other items to be able to put a harness together.
For an 07 Mustang with the 4.6 3V, it is going to be either an MG-05 or MG-05A. The "A" harness is for an automatic. Give us a call, and we can give you further details on your application. 1-800-292-1940.
That will depend on the ECM and the shop that you take it to. I would recommend verifying that the ECM needs to be reprogrammed first. Verify that it hasn't gone bad on you. Once you get that info, find a place that can do the reprogramming. Best option is to find a local shop that can do it, or contact a GM dealer and start there.
