Hi dear.I saw your videos. Your video quality is really appreciable. I was analyzing your You tube channel. You have made many videos. but you are not getting as many views and subscribers as expected. But your content deserves more views and subscribers. Your channel has some issues. Your channel has no complete SEO [ Search Engine Optimization ] for any videos. no proper channel tags. no proper video tags. and no SEO friendly titles and descriptions. If you complete all tasks. then you will get more views and subscribers with monetization. Thank you so much I wish you all the best.
$15,000-$20,000 for a new roof right off the bat but a good investment, Dunbar-Southlands is like Shaughnessy or that snazzy neighbourhood Arbutus Ridge around PoW Secondary but D-S does without without all the streets twisting around everywhere and it's more affordable so you don't mind doing some renovations.
I used to live on Royal Ave across from City Hall but the building was torn down around 2011, thought this building was the new one but it's not, this development is right on top of where the old prison used to be.
My ex-girlfriend Mandy in high school lived a couple houses to the left towards Knight St. There was a Circle K on Knight & 12th, after Bill & Ted came out I would always say "Something strange is afoot at the Circle K" whenever I walked in.
Commercial Drive, oops. Yeah it changes where it bends at 15th Ave where I used to live. There's a big house there now where the bend starts, used to be a triplex apartment.
I like the video but it could easily be improved and made more informative by reducing al the micro-cuts as though this is MTV, and also, by some narration talking about the features of the property.
Looking forward to seeing some more of your videos! I think that you deserve way more views. Did you know that you could use followsm . c o m?! If I was you I’d use it to help grow your channel!
Hi Adel. Ironically a handful of places are getting multiples still as of today. My listings have not been but seems every time I help a buyer there is a multiple situation. Some sell over ask but if priced too high they don't! They still are happening however.
Do you think that this year has started off better than the end of last year? Maybe pricing strategically and really honing in on negotiations skills and presentation is the better way to go. However I'd gladly buy a house for $1 if any one would like to accept that offer... ? :)
Well Kelly, if you want to help me stay in business let me know when you are ready to buy or sell some real estate in the near future, would really be appreciated! Besides, how can I go out of business when I attend the Tom Vu seminars? Feel free to search him in youtube
