I'm just a guy who likes to play games and react, to get my opinion out there. If you didn’t know, I have dyslexia. But I'm here for you all, here to have fun and entertain.
Boltgun is a fantastic game that calls back to the OGs like Wolfenstein 3D, Doom and Blood. Though i still would say Space Marine 1 and 2 are the best Warhammer games that have ever been made
Interesting question. The oldest active Space Marine in the Imperium is about 1500 years old, the Chapter Master of the Blood Angels Chapter, Commander Dante. The oldest living Space Marine in the entire Imperium is stuck in a dreadnought which helps keep him alive. He is over 10 000 years old, He is a Space Wolf and was the original Space Wolves Chapter Master (aka, Great Wolf), named Bjorn the Fell-Handed. Space Marines age extremely slowly. I don't think we have ever seen one die of old age, although they do age. Most Space Marines live an average of 200 years because they die in battle a lot.
The resurgence of the black market only adds to the complexity of Haiti's multifaceted crisis, further complicating the lives of ordinary citizens throughout the country.15 Mar 2024! Haitians can have a Black Market in Springville, Ohio! the witness said he had seen a Van pick up cats! it can be true they sell cat meat for money and the same goes for the Canada goose! The meat is cheaper than at the grocery store! The Haitians running the Black market is tax-free!
As for age, your standard space Marine should live for 1 to 2000 years without seeing much issue besides for getting weaker and slower. But you know they're still a space Marines so they kick ass, plus once they're put in a dreadnought they pretty much will not die. Unless their mind and soul is ripped apart by the burden in the machine or their walking casket is obliterated. There's been more than a couple space Marines that have done their thing for 2000 years and then into the suit they'll go, for a thousand more and soo. I can't remember his name but there was a space Marine in the space wolves legion who existed during the crusades with the Emperor. Effectively he was alive for 10,000 years after being entombed in a dreadnought, he spent most of his time sleeping in hibernation but hell. He's one of the first batch that has probably been mentally awake serving in his duty for almost 5,000 years. It could be more but if it was, he would be way more insane than he already is.
Now that the necessary evil that is bricky is done, its time to watch parts one and two of leutin09's the emperor of man. It will give to tons of info that will help you as you continue your 40k journey.
There are over 400, 40k books and at the time this video came out there were 63 books in the heresy alone, also 40k fans agree on very little, BUT we all agree fuck Erebus
Regarding the Throne stuff, yes he could let someone else be there and indeed not for so long. Since Magnus Fkd-up and disrupted the Emps webway project, there's a big warp-hole with demons coming out non-stop right bellow the imperial palace, that's why Emps is 'grounded there' to keep that from becoming an even bigger problem, when Emps went to obliterate Horus the kind sould that took his place was Malcador, the Sigillite. Also, Malcador was probably the only one powerful enough to keep things stable for long enough and he was also not enough, Malcador was no more when Emps came back wounded to keep things under control and there he sits until now. Malcador was there with Emps when they started the Primarchs stuff, he also keep things in order while Emps was toying around, he was also there when the 20 became 18, probably the closest thing Emps had of a friend. We miss Malcador If something one goes one to correct me [please do, i'm drunk right now and probably messed up something, will not edit], pleasure, my name is Alpharius 😉
Congrats Guardsmen Fonzie. Now jump onto Bricky's next Video "Every Space Marine Legion explained" or your will be ordered to charge that Chaos Warlord Titan emerging from the Horizon.
Thing about necrons is, yes they are now immortal BUT... since their souls are gone as far as we can deduce is that the bodies of the necrons just have an imprint of their past personality in there. It's not the actual PERSON cause the actual person is in a C'Tan's body, but the "robots" don't know that cause when you have all the memories and experiences of someone how would you
Also if you love Necrons, The Infinite and the Divine is one of the best Warhammer books/audiobooks out there and the main characters are 2 awesome Necrons
Ok, Books; Yes, 50+ books just for the Heresy. 50+ more books for many other events. More every month. Also, they all have Audiobooks. That is how I enjoy them. -Alpharious-
Ok, Necrons Doomed; Something to remember even though they can live forever, their memories do not. Slowly they forget everything that they are were and have ever been. Also they can't have children. Every single destroyed necron is lost forever. Their population cannot grow. Right now they're a threat but as their numbers dwindle they can't ever repopulate. The closest they can come is building canoptic Replacements but those are soulless mindless automaton with no true construct of AI that controls them. In the book "The twice dead King" you learn this in a spectacular way as one of the necrons has sealed away all of his memories so that he can't ever look at them in fear that it will be the last time that he can ever see them. And as such, whenever he accesses a memory, it deletes it. Double all of that down with the C'tan curse, the destroyer sickness and the flayed curse, The necrons are always at the bottom of a massive uphill battle for survival. Sure they can't eat. Don't need to breathe. Have no real blighted issues but it still sucks to be them. -Alpharious-
Dont feal intimidated by the hobby :) give it a try with the necrons u like so much ! for the tabletop i can say the community is awsome! they help you with questions and there are is a LOT of content for helping u paint. i myself startet like a year ago and have now big 5400 pts army of Space Marine :D keep goin !
the origin of the Emperor is vary, but he himself never confirm any of them. in fact the mistery of his origin was one of the reason his sons betrayed him
So since no one else has commented on it, the emperor was born around 8,000 BC in Anatolia, as to why he’s so strong… there’s a lot of theories and some stuff from like rogue trader 1st or 2nd edition which very likely isn’t canon anymore, we don’t really know, pretty normal warhammer stuff. Bricky also does a Warhammer podcast called Adeptus Ridiculous where they talk about lore as well as a book club/review every so often.
broo there are like 800 books and 60 alon alone about thr horus heresy. There is a girl who started reading Horus heresy books in 2021 for her youtube channell. its three years ater and just just got into like number 14. Also they have really good audiobooks on audible.
The Audio books are great! There are a lot of books for the Horus Heresy series (They are considered 30k not 40k) and they are great on their own for the background lore of the Primarchs and Imperium. I highly recommend the first 3 for a good understanding of the rise and fall of Horus. And there are tons of 40k book series as well. They are great!
Glad to welcome new people into the fold. Some reactions can be "lazy", that doesnt mean theyre bad in any way. I enjoy seeing new people's reactions to things like the 40k universe, because its something i enjoy and want to see other people enjoy as well. Youre learning something new, i can always applaud that. Dont feel bad about what some people said. Its the Internet, in the first place, there will always be people who are dumb and mean simply because they can be. Dont let that hold you back, mate! Learning is always good.
You are chewing while talking on camera and acting like a whole ass slob but you have the audacity to mention not liking someone due to how he presents himself? That is not a positive way that anyone would want to present themselves. IDC about the guy that much, but this is obvious hypocrisy.
In the lore there was a greater demon of Khorne named Skarbrand. Skarbrand tried to overthrow Khorne and attacked him from behind. Khorne wasn’t mad at Skarbrand for trying to usurp him, he was mad because he tried to stab him in the back and wasn’t honorable and tried it to Khorne’s face. So Khorne turned Skarbrand into a meteor and flung him through the warp as punishment.
i get the PvP split. and its fair. as a PC player id like to have the chance to whoop poor console players. As lets all be honest. a PC player has a advantage over a console player with frames and other such things. so thats cool. tho i wonder if there will be a toggle option later down the line to crossplay. would be good.
