@@Justanobody8472 aw why not? I know it’s less exciting for anyone who doesn’t have the new DLC but the explorer’s event is for everyone! Or if you are a PVPer the new update has lots of goodies but that’s later too, I know.
Yeah honestly I’m ok with that though. I feel like I am already getting duplicates that I can send to other characters so it would be overkill to get double in my opinion.
What are ways to get the Ayeid Remenants to drop for the Event Quest? So far I think you can get them from World Events/Mirrormoor, Chest, and Thieve Troves.
Yeah they seem to be kind of hard to drop! I’ve seen/heard world events, world bosses, rare drops from any enemy on the zone, treasure chests, thieves tribes, harvesting nodes, dungeon bosses, and public dungeon bosses. I’m thinking all the sources that can drop boxes also drop the remnants!
Coincidentally, Gold Road is on sale...lol. After I've read review about Gold Road, I think I pass for now. Instead I bought discounted Elden Ring for my son...

I haven't really done much in West Weald other than the scribing quetsline. I did the dialiesvfor the first time yesterday, so perfect timing on my part. Looks like I'm spending a lot of time in Autumnland over the next couple of weeks.

Nicely done! You covered everything quite well. I'd like to recommend my addon, for your PC viewers. Event Tracker is useful to remind people to spend those event tickets, and whether or not they've been gotten for the day yet, plus information about the current event and upcoming events. It's available on ESOUI or Minion. One minor mention about the info in the video - the Indrik vendor is only in Craglorn at the Festival grounds west of Belkarth. She's there during every event, and always has feathers for Nascent Indriks. The others have a regular cycle that changes every quarter.
No, they have never doubled the survey maps during events before so I do not think that they will be. But, you can put on the champion point for harvesting and that does boost them!

@@Barlin-d2j Well you do have to have the DLC but that’s pretty typical for just about any game. But, they have the explorer’s celebration that is for everyone, including base game! So I’m glad to see that it’s inclusive in that sense. I also don’t really feel like it’s grinding, questing is part of the game 😊.
I think you missed a big moneymaker. if you're skilled in endgame, try Carry runs. Way faster than everything shown in the video except Guild Trading this can make faster money if you do it right
@@bluxx8072 I mean yes, you can make money this way but I personally don’t. I would rather prog with a group to earn my titles and wouldn’t just take someone through for money.
But satchels, recipes and other items are supposed to be considered also as"Trophy fish" so using the bonuses does the opposite and actually helps to get them even if the usual trophy fish drops more often anyway.
@@FernandoPerez-zx2vz I can’t find anything that confirms or denies this definitively, but from other videos I’ve seen it seems like it just boosts trophy fish and does not explicitly say it boosts the other bonus items. I’ve also noticed that when I took these off, I got more abyssal folios when I tested in apocrypha. This could have just been rng of course though 🤷🏻♀️
@@Nessaeria I did try it too both ways for two hours each to gather some data about the drop rate but still difficult to know because sometimes it's higher and sometimes it's lower. Exactly as you mentioned a lot of rng going on so i was looking for any evidence about it but all i could find is other youtubers and people fishing for hours who said that extra bonuses boosted their probabilities to get other items more frequently than fish or trophy ones. So that's why i said it hoping i could find more clarity and solve this doubt but it seems only the devs could answer this question for 💯% certainty 🤔 I think they should give fishing a rework and state what each bonus do precisely including some numbers to make it less of a taboo and more like a "luck" system. Something like adding actions other than eating food to gain different bonuses, for example: wearing a specific tool to have more chances to catch fish only or killing a specific boss to get a 2 hours buff to get more satchels/folios or completing a daily quest to get another benefit like making each fishing pool last longer than 15 🐠 and adding a new animation to replace the outdated one or at least put it in the crown store/event just like they did with harvesting and other things. Fishing is a great feature in ESO and i appreciate it a lot but it's not being well taked care of as other aspects of the game.
@@FernandoPerez-zx2vz hmm yeah maybe I can do a deeper dive and see if we can get some more data on this. Ah yes, I would agree with that! It would be super cool to have a new animation for fishing or the bonuses you mentioned! Maybe the ZOS gods will see this 🙏🏻
I have to disagree! I kind of like that there’s something you can do that doesn’t have to be a grind. Plus in the newer DLCs they have added outfit styles for completing certain zone achievements, and in the latest ones you can get a mount. So I like that they have added fun bonuses to it as well. Thanks for sharing though!
There's motifs, recipes and furnishing plans in certain zones, there's achievements and dyes, and of course there's the extremely useful and profitable perfect roe you get from filleting. But I do think ZOS could do something cool with fishing that we haven't seen yet!
Excellent guide. If you're going for perfect roe I'd recommend fishing rivers. The bait, flies, is cheaper and easier to harvest. Save your worms for achievements. The river from Balmora down to the coast is a favourite spot for me.
I'm a new player and I'm still leveling. Is it worth saving the glorious boxes I'm earning to open only at max level? Or is this a useless idea and I can open them now?
@@le_m0nde I would say that you can open them now so you don’t have to worry about inventory space. Make sure to bind them so the gear will be saved to your sticker book, and the more you have, the less transmute crystals you will need later to recreate that item. @@kullinaama well it really depends on what normal dungeon you get and the people you queue with. If it’s wayrest I with all cp folks, then it’s a walk in the park! But if it’s a DLC dungeon and someone’s first time, it can take longer. Plus I usually do crafting writs, organize my bank and inventory, and then will pick something else, so I included that time as well. Hope that helps explain!
@@tonicalvofan as far as I can tell they are not this year. I’m not sure why they were excluded, but maybe they will start alternating what’s available so it’s not overwhelming?

Yeah I don’t love the Opal helms myself, I do like the Opal frost staff and use it on my warden! I also like the Opal engine guardian weapons. I’m mostly just a completionist so I like having my sticker book filled out! 😂
I wouldn't suggest to try for new dungeons this way. You will be put with speedrunners even on normal and have no idea what the quest for that place is, what is the lore or the story. You'll be forced to come to RU-vid and watch someone else play that story for you :-s Every single single time you play a new dungeon, run it with friends if you have any, guildmates or text in chat that you wanna do the quest for it. They might help you out but, personally, I do not recommend this option to anyone.
I would agree that it’s not the best time to do the quest, but it’s a great way to get exposed to DLC dungeons. The queue times will be way down and it’s a great way to get gear fast. If you are more worried about taking it slow and enjoying the story, you should definitely only go in with friends. Most people queuing up for dungeons are running it fast regardless of the event! Another way to farm the sets or gear you want quicker is to Q for the specific dungeon as a tank or healer as you will prob be grouped with the people queueing for a random and Q will pop instantly… whenever I need gear I do this with my tanks and healer classes.
@@ruydecarvalho3927 yes absolutely!! And honestly if it’s normal, heavy attack sorcs can heal with the twilight bird and a tankier DPS can tank with a taunt to make to go even faster too.
Being a khajiit helps for sure, but you can get pretty close if you unlock all the passives! I do agree though it would be nice to have a set that does this, or even a companion upgrade/non-combat passive.
@@Nessaeria Yes, for sure. I wanted to know if there's a less stressful way to level up pvp (beside battleground and Cyrodiil quests) ? I didn't know that in pvp there's so many hateful and sarcastic players. Fyi, this is my first MMORPG...lol
@@AiteraSeg yes pvp can be challenging!! I would recommend going to a no cp Cyrodiil (like ravens watch) and avoid greyhost. You can do scouting quests, the daily town quests, or repair walls in keeps that you own! Those are some of the best ways to grind solo without having to engage with other players as much. You can also throw lfg (looking for group) in chat and pair up with some people for safety!
I’ve always thought that nightblade is the only class that can successfully both thief and assassinate…didn’t think any class would be able to get by. Thx for the tips.

@@shadokat good question!! I would say divines and Stam enchants on your clothes for the damage. If you want more speed, do swift on your jewelry with spell damage or stam recovery enchants. And then defending or infused on your weapons with either poison/fire enchants or hardened/weakening/prismatic. I found this build that might help as well! arzyelbuilds.com/eso-thief-build/
You mentioned the sleek creek house but there is another house with an even better way to the outlaws refuge. One of the houses in the telvanni peninsula - and I can't jump into the game right now to get the name. My eso is doing an update. But the telvanni peninsula house that's way out of town (not the inn room) has a door that goes directly into the outlaws refuge. You can port to that house and go in, with no chance of encountering a guard. Great video!
On the crafting part, save all the equipment you get with the Intricate property into your bank and use it to lvl the craft of any other character and repeat, I currently have 4 characters with their crafting maxed using this method. Also you can sell that gear in your guild store for random equipment 500 to 1000 gold coins and for jewelry 1000 up to 5000 can be sold with the intricate property is another method of making money.
Just wanted to add to the comments (there are a lot of great ones) that NPC behavior in homes is a bit odd. With Morrowind they started adding the “trespassing” status when you break into a home and getting too close to the occupants, regardless of detection level, causes them to turn and face you, usually saying something. This doesn’t mean they actually spotted you (you’ll know if they do since you’ll get a bounty) but it makes it a real chore to begin your thieving in Morrowind. The later DLCs kept the trespassing feature but changed up the NPC behavior so that they don’t know you’re in their home unless they actually spot you. In the base game zones, trespassing isn’t a feature so break on in and make yourself at home!
Yes it's super annoying when people like cooks or cleaners (not the owners of the house usually) will turn to you and say they are going to call the guards or some other threat. You don't get a bounty but for quite a long time they stare at you and point, or shake their fist. If they stopped that in later DLCs that is a good thing.
