An Outdoor, Hunting and Fishing show that highlights the wild game, fish and activities pursued in the state of Michigan. We capture and utilize the traditions of past and present Outdoorsman. Our goal is to show the Wild side of Michigan as we travel all over Michigan and some other states to film our adventures.
Cool video. Hopefully I didn’t mess up. You said you throw seed down and till it under then repeat with every seed? I just got done planting sunflower, crimson clover and some turnips just before a good rain. I worked the soil as good as I could, of course after killing the weeds, planted and then covered the seeds. Fingers crossed.
Did not know u boy's ran hounds.luv it .was hoping for a red oak tag this year but not yet. 8 points now. Good luck to you from camp rack shack, elmira Michigan.
yeah I have had those idiots chase a bear by me when I was out grouse hunting before. I emptied my shotgun in the air when I heard the bear coming so it didn't come after me. This shit needs to be banned.
@@MichiganGoneWild a ruined hunt is much better than chasing an angry bear at someone. lol. The fact you think a ruined hunt and chasing a angry bear at someone are the same is amazing.
The fact that you thought you had an angry bear coming at you is amazing. Find out how many bear attacks have occured while the bear was being chased by hounds.
@@JakeOrmsbee the fact you were not there and saw it shows what a dumbass you are! I am assuming it is angry and you have no way to prove otherwise. I carry a sidearm now and not for the bear or the dogs. unless the bear does decide to attack. I would imagine it is not a common thing to have happen.
Awesome video! I know a few who have had those cameras same thing happened to them as what happened to you. Nice recovery of the doe way to keep at it. Thanks for taking us along
Spypoint is total junk! lol. I switched to tactacam years ago and so glad I did. Better price, way better quality, and for northern mi deep woods they actually work well.
Fist bump to you sir. I had a very similar situation on a nice 8pt back in 2009. Hit a branch and arrow deflected into the hind quarters. I was immediately sickened. BUT! As I watched him bound off, I caught a glimpse of him stopping at about 150 yards away…and tip over. Hit that femoral artery and they spray everywhere. Sometimes it’s OK to have a lucky bounce.
I had scampoint cams too and mine would do the same thing take pics of nothing and miss the deer walking right in front of it. I had 1 cam right by my stand watched 3 doe's walk 5ft in front of it and never got any pics. I canceled shortly after that
Looks like you’re using a beast stand. I have been stalling buying one because they don’t have the meat shelf, but it looks like you figured out how to. Wondering how you did that ?
Wondering what you mean by meat shelf? I've really enjoyed the stand. It's extremely light and for a guy my size, 6'3" and 245 pounds, this stand is comfortable enough to sit in all day.
I’m referring to how the seat was flipped up while packing in where you could set a backpack on or if you quartered a deer you could set some of the meat on to pack out
