My name is Mānas Bhaṭnāgar मानस भटनागर. I worked briefly at Nylas as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer starting October 26th 2020. I met Rajeev Gupta initially during our onboarding session. His body language was incredibly strange, and he seemed to have a serious discomfort during the onboarding. As soon as we got onto Slack, Rajeev Gupta began messaging me directly and discussing matters which were completely unrelated to work. His first query was asking me why I chose to write my name as "Mānas" instead of "Maanas". It is my name, I can write it however I see fit. Who the hell is Rajeev to be asking anyone that question? He shared his personal blog with me, again completely unrelated to work. Then he asked me if a certain day was a holiday, which I answered, and honestly found it quite pathetic that a Senior Project Manager needed to bother me with such a question. He continued his interactions with me directly, completely unrelated to work. I had noticed toxicity starting to build up. The last interaction we had was of him asking me more personal questions, and I told him specifically not to ask me about Singapura as I was working through traumatic experiences. His IMMEDIATE response right after I told him not to cross the demarcated boundary was to ask if I had difficulties in Singapura "due to culture". I screenshotted the interaction and informed several people of this unprofessional, disrespectful, non-consensual interaction. I had 4 meetings with HR, the last of which was on 12th February 2021 where Ryan Gormley posed a ludicrous question to me, which was amongst many other professional deficiencies in that meeting. Ryan constructed a delusional false equivalency between this Rajeev Gupta and the DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING David Ting by asking me how I would react if David Ting were to ask me about whether a certain day were a holiday, as Rajeev Gupta had. Let me answer this question, no I do not think David Ting to be anywhere near as incompetent as Rajeev Gupta that he, as an American, would be asking me, a Canadian, as to whether a specific day were a holiday. Rajeev Gupta is unprofessional, incompetent, and absolutely awful to work with.

Grin is scamming ordinary people into mass liking videos in exchange for money they never give out, it's also against RU-vid TOS to apply for such a program so avoid this at all cost.

For me, when PowerPoint is used to it's fullest potential (epic transitions with morph and etc), it could beat most average canva presentations. Canva has the best templates, but PowerPoint has the absolute best transitions.

Questions: 1. Iterations, time boxes. Can a team execute a time box less for weeks or less? 2. Testing. Do you have your features tested at the end of the spring? 3. Specifications. Is there enough information provided by the product owner so the team 4. It has to do with the product owner. Do you have a good product owner they're not able to really deliver a good backlog? 5. Do you have a product backlog that is in a ready state, it's been looked at, it's been estimated, and all the questions are answered before sprint planning starts? 6. Estimation process. Is a team using planning poker to estimate the backlog? If a team uses a technique to define the size → can often estimate 40 times as fast as traditional estimation procedures. 7. It has to do with a brin down chart. Does the team have a burn down chart that shows how much work they have left until the end of the sprint and they're updating that on a regular basis? 8. It has to do with disruption. So either you don't have disruption or yo do? We want the teams to take backlog and that backlog stable during a sprint is there any cut buddy coming into the team, changing their priorities, pulling people from the team or generally causing mayhem, it's surprising how many have this problem. 9. Is the team able to operate in a self-organized state? Does the team pull their backlog, do they decide themselves, how they're going to work the backlog, and can they operate without somebody assigning then tasks and telling them what to do all the time? 🙌

This is all true... when i was like 11-12 years old i went halfers on a playstation 2 controller that cost like 30 bucks with my dad right... i was little i couldnt afford shit and my dad wouldnt buy it for me , so i saved my quarters and got my 15 bucks , The playstation was my dads by the way he would only let me use it when he felt like it and only for an hour... one day he got mad at me and said i couldnt use the playstation nomore so i told him give me my 15 bucks then if your going to controll everything so i can save and buy my own ps2 , he replied with " you can shove your controller up your ass and go to hell " 😂 So now im almost 30 and i swear to god id rather splurr my money stupidly then to ever make a business with him , just imagine how hes going to act with a business?? ... study how they are when your a little kid and thats exactly how their going to be when you grow up...
