If you have dark hair and go to light, you have bleached it. There is lighters in tbe product you use. You can’t put dye on hair to make it lighter. You have to remove color via bleach and then add pigments. So yes you have bleached it.
is it just the lighting or is the lower of your ends darker? did you do something to it after getting it dyed, i need feedback as i’m going to use the same products as you did to dye my hair please and thank you!
@@sisi2388 i used the exact one she mentions in the description i brought it from walmart this is the name on the site: Koleston Perfect 9% Creme Developer 30 Vol by Wella for Unisex - 33.8 oz Treatment. keep in mind it is really big considering its almost 34 ounces which i didnt realize. the box says to use equal parts of dye and developer but i think her stylist used 1 part dye 2 parts developer for more color
I have really dark hair that is the healthiest it's ever been, but I've been wanting to dye it brown for 2 years now. I'm just terrified of damaging it again since it took so long to get back on track 😭
In the same boat, i just cut off all my bleached (level 7)hair. I’m a natural level 2 and i want to go warm red brown but I don’t have experience with how damaging lifting 2 levels is. sigh
@@gabrielapineda9469 I ended up doing like a bailage with it because i didn't want to worry about the growing out process... its so subtle and pretty. It just looks like ive been kissed by the sun <3
