I had floaters for years until the other day when i accidentally wiped a tiny smug of Cayenne pepper in my eyes and my floaters disappeared completely! 🎉
Wow, that’s wild! I’m glad to hear you found something that worked for you! Floaters can be really frustrating, so it’s awesome to hear about your experience. Just be careful with anything around your eyes! Thanks for sharing your story! 🎉
If you’re looking to lower libido, a few options might help. Reducing stress through relaxation techniques, adjusting your diet, or talking to a healthcare professional can all make a difference.
I can understand how frustrating that must be to hear! Aging can definitely bring changes, but your concerns are valid, too. If you feel your symptoms are being overlooked, don’t hesitate to seek a second opinion. It’s important to advocate for your health! Regarding breast lumps, staying informed and monitoring changes is key. Please feel free to arrange a meeting with me so that we may talk about your health and well-being objectives and discuss your questions in more detail bit.ly/3EmExdU
Great question! For facial cupping, it’s generally recommended to do it 1-2 times a week to start. This allows your skin to adjust and see how it responds. Just listen to your body and adjust as needed! Have you tried it yet? Let me know how it goes!
I’ve had a sinus infection and now I’ve been coughing up mucus for 6 days out of the lungs. I’ve been doing 2 sinus rinses per day and was on a z-pack for 5 days. I don’t want to take any more scripts. Any suggestions on knocking this out? I’m on day 13 total.
Sorry to hear you’re dealing with this! It sounds really tough. Staying hydrated is key, as it helps thin the mucus. You might also try using a humidifier to keep the air moist, which can ease your symptoms. Warm teas, especially with honey, can be soothing too. If it doesn’t improve or worsens, don’t hesitate to check in with your doctor again. Wishing you a quick recovery!
The candida explanation makes sense to me because on Day 4 of a 7 Day Water Fast, developed an itchy spreading rash on my underarms & everything irritated it except hemorrhoid cream. It was the only thing that helped, couldn't wear my usual deodorant either which is a clean brand. Once my fast ended, the itchiness and irritation reduced some but not completely.
That sounds really uncomfortable! It’s interesting how our bodies react during fasting. It could be a detox response, but it’s great that you found some relief with the hemorrhoid cream. If the irritation continues, consider checking in with a healthcare professional to rule out any underlying issues or get more tailored advice. Take care, and I hope you feel better soon!
Hello I’m experiencing bad allergies with my eyes I’m allergic to green and also highly food allergies such as eggs, wheat, soy, and milk I avoid medication.. what do you recommend natural remedies?
Hi there! Sorry to hear about your allergies; that sounds really challenging. For natural relief, you might try using cold compresses on your eyes to reduce swelling and irritation. Drinking plenty of water can help flush out allergens, and some people find relief with herbal teas like nettle or chamomile. Local honey is also thought to help with seasonal allergies. Always make sure to test any new remedies in small amounts first, and if symptoms persist, consider my masterclass on Allergy Relief Masterclass bit.ly/3mb0ojp Hope you find some relief soon!
Great question! You can use regular olive oil for this, but it's best to go for extra virgin olive oil if possible, as it’s less processed and retains more nutrients. Look for one that’s cold-pressed and has a good flavor. Always check for quality; it should have a rich, fruity aroma. Let me know if you have a specific brand in mind!
Organic tofu and soy milk made from just soybeans and water are generally considered less processed and healthier options. However, some people may still have sensitivities to soy, regardless of whether it’s organic or minimally processed. If you’re concerned about potential reactions, it might be worth monitoring how your body responds. Everyone’s body is different, so it’s important to find what works for you!

After having chin explant surgery, caused by an implant, my chin is EVEN BIGGER now and makes me look MONSTRUOUS. I believe the cause is scar tissue and I am desperate to get rid of it. I can't access your resources as the sites won't let me enter. Bromelain did NOTHING for me, so I don't know about proteolytic enzymes. My muscle scraper should be arriving today. Any further suggestions for my case? Thank you.
I’m really sorry to hear you’re feeling this way after your surgery; that sounds really tough. Scar tissue can be frustrating, but there are a few options you might consider. Gentle massage with a silicone gel or oil can sometimes help break down scar tissue. Some people also find relief with tools like a fascia scraper, which you mentioned. Additionally, consulting a physical therapist who specializes in scar management might provide you with tailored techniques. If things don’t improve, it could be worth discussing further options with your doctor. Hang in there!
