That is impressive... I`m evaluating capacity of the wet drum recovery of magnetite, and I notice that there is no floculations such as this! Should it be lake of magnetic element on the slurry? because the magnet field is at the right rang 900 gauss
where are your hq? where can i contact? i need separator which can separate titanium , Si & Al, out of my iron sand (sand beach source) currently Fe2O3 is at around 78% i need any of this to go lower in total by at least 5%: TiO2 currently at 8% (this is the hazzle) Al2O3 3% SiO2 3% MgO 3% Raw material is around 40-45% FE finished goods output expectation (per 14 hrs) is 600 Ton (minimum) can your machine handle this? please contact me.
Hi chief, our hq is in Ankara/Turkey. We have some contact offices in some countries. Anyway, your Fe looks good but TiO2 is too much. For Ti, We have to do mineralogical studies on your ore to separation is possible or not in our laboratory... Please share your mail address.
What is the maximum gauss value measured on the surface of the cover? It is possible to enrichment of hematite iron type? What type of magnet is used in process?
Hi Ugur, this wet type magnetic separator is called under the low intensity beneficiation type equipments. For hematites you need to study with high intenstiy electromagnetic separators. Please contact with us info@bas-tr com.
