Nope that's not possible. However, it would be worth going through the latest documentation from MS as this video was made when this feature was in private preview.

you can't create more than 1 purview account w/o contacting Microsoft "You already have a tenant-level Microsoft Purview account bob to achieve enterprise data governance. If you want to create an additional one, please reach out to Microsoft support. Learn more"
The so purpose of MTO is enable collaboration between two tenants as opposed to exchanging documents and other security related issues. If you're looking for a secured way of collaborating then I don't think MTO is the right solution for that. MTO is mainly to address the issues that organizations face with M&A's.

Hi great video Vignesh, All the documentation that exists talks about adding custom attributes but none talks about deleting or hiding Adazure attributes such as UserPrincipalName. Can you tell me how I can hide or delete the UserPrincipalName attribute? Thanks in advance
