Everybody here seems stunned at the space - me I hate it - it's cold, soulless & echos as he goes around showing it off ! The very opposite of COZY !!! Nothing at all appealing here for me - sorry ! Does anybody actually want to pay the heating bill for these ginormous rooms in the winter ?

Beautiful part of Scotland! What’s the council tax though and closest facilities, town, hospital etc. very nice home, but possibly a tad + on the prices
Screaming 1975 ! But then all of those choices were considered lovely at the time - especially the carpet ! It's got everything apart from bringing it into the 2020's ! My mother would have loved it ! A good basic home, for people who love their privacy !
Ah it was nice to see a face to go with the "Hello Property People" and thank you thank you for going a bit more slowly around. I am guessing that the top price of this is down to the location and those beautiful views. I am not sure I would pay that much for something that needs a fair bit of renovation to modernise it, but it is lovely.
"Shalom" translates as "peace" - it'd be nice not to have any noisy neighbours! If Culbokie's not far, it must face north towards the Cromarty Firth? Ideal size for retirees... if only! 😁👍
WOW indeed! Best one yet. Can't beat that view. Pity it wasn't sunny (for once!) so you could see Fort George a bit better. Absolutely charming house and garden. 😁👍
Stairs are so steep, and it just feels like the church was 'chopped up' and the windows cut off, as the top bedrooms have tiny low windows. This old church could have been converted into a community hall, a restaurant or a bookstore. But it just doesn't feel 'homey' nor even safe for children with that steep spiral staircase.
Not a fan of their decorating choices and there’s a bit of updating to do here and there, but so much space! And outside space is lovely. Definitely has potential.
I kind of agree with some, it doesn't really feel very cosy but I'll bet someone with a good eye for design could really make it special. What a huge property, sadly too big for me (lol as if), dogs would love the acres to run in. Would be a good house for the Waltons ;-)
Amazing property a lot of love and patience went into the conversion, I think the only negative is the lack of a garden per se, I would probably take out the stone path and area at the back and put down turf or stonework to give it a more complete feel. Is there a reason why the other side of the rear of the property wasn't shown?
