Water is THE issue of the 21st century. Restore our watersheds by caring for our riparian areas. Native grasses, shrubs and trees in wide buffer on each side of our creeks and rivers will clean the water, reduce flooding and increase the water in our aquifers.
This is very educational -- my favorite part of a bio-engineered living shoreline is how eco-friendly it is. We operate in nearly every state and love restoring banks! So glad there are other organizations out there focused on bettering the health & safety of lakes & ponds.
You said you used "jute fiber mesh" at 0:29 but then you did not review it. At 1:51 you say to prepare the site by killing the existing vegetation. Why kill it off if you only want some plant life to grow there to stop the soil erosion?

I think you meant Juke fiber mesh, because later in the video you said that coconut coir fiber is used on slopes less than 30%. I want to make sure I understand correctly. Thanks!
