The only issue comes with this device is it doesn't resume memory if in case power supply cuts off while in running schedule. Kindly look for the solution. Overall it works fantastic

My experience with Homemate: COMPLAIN 1: After 1 week, my smart strip was dead. I kept pinging on Whatsapp, called customer support. No reply. Only after gaali galoch you guys respond. The after sales support was WORST. Really Bad customer support. COMPLAIN 2: You dont have a manual override for the smart strips. Lets say if it goes out of warranty and it dies then I could use it as an extension strip. There is no manual override. BAD COMPLAIN 3: The DEVICE ONLY WORKs ON 2.5GHz Wifi freq and all wifi routers are 5G these days. Thats a no-no. Overall, I wont ever buy Homemate devices. You lost my business for sure.
