From birth until I moved out for college at 18, I fell asleep almost every single night listening to the sounds of freight trains cross the train tracks behind my childhood house, as well as Amtrak and Metrolink passenger trains from LA passing by in the night. The freight trains always blew their horns once they were out of town, and you could still barely hear the trains as they went through the next valley over. Rainy days were few and far between, but they were magical when they happened. This video is a vignette of one of those days for me; sitting in my room at my desk, wrapped up in a heavy sweatshirt and working on homework or playing video games, while the rain hit the window and lit up under the street lamps outside. I miss it so much. Hope you enjoy :)
That's such a great glimpse at your youth, my friend. Thanks for sharing that - perfect to read that with this ambience you've created. Good stuff as always.
Oh by the way, since our last trip to Iceland was set to your gracious sounds, perhaps there are some French themes you might explore next month while we are traveling around France :o just a thought haha
Great timing, I suddenly felt the need for ambiance, and there it was. By the way this channel is the best soundtrack for flight simulator that exists :) Looking forward to experiencing this track, already feeling like a favorite 3 mins in.
This is so damn good. I've been playing around with midjourney a lot but I need to learn illustrator and other tools so I can start making stuff like this. Glad I just found your channel. The sci-fi/cyberpunk/80's stuff is my jam.
