If you love Hajime No Ippo as much as me then this channel is for you!
I will make reviews on the latest chapters of the manga along with other videos revolving around my all time favorite anime/manga Hajime No Ippo!
Ashita No Joe and MegaloBox might make appearances every now and then but this will be a Hajime No Ippo centered channel!
Why do I make videos you may ask, simply put I would have loved to see videos like the ones I make but nobody did so I thought I would make them myself!
I enjoy the audience reaction scene from the anime, but prefer the way the fight ended in the manga. It basically capitalizes that Joe may have lost the battle but win the war as he went the distance with the strongest man
he got a karma anyway i hate him back then because he was so arrogant he even being delusional that he's Muhammad Ali (God rest his soul) by looking down and trash talk his opponent after his loss to ippo...he's still being delusional that even a legend like Muhammad Ali lost sometimes. yeah he ended up losing to a guy (who never win by KO) by KO which is Kobashi Kenta. after that he went downward.....accumulating losses he deserved it.
What happened to Hayimi was literally the same thing that happened to Wolf Kanagushi, except that at least Hayimi is still a "professional" boxer, while Wolf declined so much that he even had to work for gang members and survive.
Hayami is the true insperation of patience , the fact that his body and mind is left damaged every loss , he gets humiliated , he gets demolished and broken , and still going and not giving up
If kimura wasn’t getting hoed by morikawa in his latest fights I think he’d be the better boxer. I could never see aoki doing nearly as good against mashiba at any point in time as kimura did. I get that it’s current aoki and kimura but my frame of reference is that aoki got obliterated by shinobu iga, who later got utterly wrecked by mashiba. I know mashiba wasn’t nearly as strong when he fought kimura as current mashiba is but mashiba has always been top-tier among the other main characters and yet, kimura almost beat him. I’m just not sure aoki has any feats that are nearly at that high of a level.
even though i knew about the final scene i went to watch the whole show and when i arrived at the final episode, i covered my mouth with both my hands in shock of how crazy that scene was even though i knew about it, 4 years ago i finished ashita no joe and never in my life ive watched an ending as amazing as this one. We miss you joe you weren't just a fictional character we laughed, cried and felt pain while watching this guy, one of the best and realistic character ever
For me personally Kimura’s loss against Mashiba emotionally broke me. The whole narrative of him training constantly for days on end, breaking the expectations of his fellow gym mates, his opponent, and the crowd spectating his match. He almost reaches victory only for him in the end to lose. Seeing Kimura get worse and worse in terms of skill in the manga is not making things any better for me.
In the italian anime they cut the Joe's death and make him speak with his wife and trainers with a image on their faces so it seems that everything ends good
I somewhat wish they’d bring back hayami at least maybe to start training with ippo instead now that ippo is retired he could change and come back maybe actually become a legend as how he said he would
When ya read the manga you see the sorrow. When watch it. It gives the realism and sadness that comes from it. But the peak of the scene is the music and VA just beautiful
Its funny now that i rewatched his fight with ippo and he was talking about how this was just another page in the legend of hayami and that even ali and leanord lost But then bro went on to lose 12 times
