The rice milk will be thicker if you don't strain it. For a thinner, more pourable rice milk, strain the milk through a cheesecloth or nut milk bag. It will last in the fridge for up to one week!

I've used olive oil and sweet almond oil. You can use your favorite carrier oil, though castor oil is a bit thick and challenging to infuse. Hope this helps!
Vodka is our preferred choice for DIY extracts due to its neutral taste and high alcohol content, which ensures long-lasting potency. For a non-alcohol extract, I believe you can substitute the alcohol with 3:1 parts food-grade liquid glycerin and water.
You should not use fresh herbs when infusing oil in general. The reason is that the water in the fresh herb will cause the oil to become rancid and can even grow mold. It is best practice to use dry ingredients wherever infusing oil to avoid the above-mentioned side effects.
This was good. Before adding the vinegar I tried it and realized it tasted like Alfredo sauce then after adding the vinegar it tasted like parmesan cheese. 😮So now I got two new sauces. So grateful since I can't have dairy. 🙏🏼
